Pretty, has always been pretty, but I don’t believe there is anything real about her anymore.
She looks younger than her age. I know she’s had a lot of plastic surgery, but it really doesn’t look overly obvious, like say Nicole Kidman. And her hair looks nice, shiny.
If that’s her real eye color..then she has some pretty eyes
She looks better now than she did in St. Elmo’s fire time.
I don’t really know why she would be at an oscar related event as she’s really not that great of an actress, but hey ho.

Yes, she looks good, the dress is by Victoria Beckham fall 2010 collection, shapeless dress that could have looked like a sack of potatoes, but because of Demi posture, she makes that dress look good, a true professional.

Haha, every time I look at this woman all I can think is “Wow, her plastic surgeon is awesome!” She looks great and very natural as per her usual for the last ten years or so.

She looks fabulous! I think it’s a combination of good genes (i.e not thin age prone skin) and really well chosen cosmetic procedures.

She looks good but I prefer not to mess with mother nature. I use sunscreen and eye cream daily and look 10 years younger than I am! When I get older, I’m gonna wear a shirt that says 100% natural!

Stunning!! she is beautiful, I wish I could look like that NOW… I’m in my 20’s. She’s aging perfectly. I personally don’t see any surgery makeover on her. Maybe at one point she fixed her nose, and breasts. I always thought her face was too pudgy for my taste when she was younger, but now, with age, her face has lost a lot of fat, which is normal as we age, and is showing the lovely bone structure that she is sooo lucky to have. Even if she had any surgery done, I’ll say she’s gone to the best surgeon, because she looks very very natural to me. GORGEOUS!!!
The color of the dress is fantastic and I don’t think it’s “4 seasons old” at all. The fit and style of the dress isn’t my favorite on someone as petite as Demi, but she pulls it off, I guess. She looks good for her age thanks to plastic surgery done right…very right. Good on her surgeon. I shall look for him/her when I need to get my face done

I’ll echo the sentiment that she has probably has a fine fine surgeon! I’m also really impressed that for the most part she manages to stay away from the madonna/rene zellweger muscular and bony/old lady look that happens as you age and keep your muscle tone. p.s. Well the dress isn’t the best, it’s a great color, and she pulls it off better than many could.
The day I care about if the color I’m wearing is “4 seasons old” is the day I take an old-fashioned bayonet and impale myself on it.
She looks great in these still photos. But.. Saw her on Ellen Degenres’ show a while back and she was seriously channeling granny wibes there.
Her face was totally immobile trouhout the whole interview, her posture seriously badly bent and overall she was really fragile looking and shaking like geriatrics do.

As much as it kills me to admit it, she does looks fantastic. Great figure, great face, great hair, nice outfit.
I totally agree with sweetnsour! She looks good, way better than she did even when she was young in my opinion. But be honest about your eating habits, surgery, whatever, or don’t say anything at all. There’s nothing like a woman who is currently THINNER than when she was younger and should have had a better metabolism claiming that she eats loads of junk food all the time and is naturally that thin with no effort.

Re all the plastic surgery comments: if you spend enough money at the dermatologist, you can avoid the surgeon for some time. Nobody goes to a plastic surgeon for Botox or re-surfacing, unless you are there getting other work done–
Her beautiful eyes are the ONLY thing not bought & paid for. She’s had lots of surgery, but unlike many who go too far she looks great! However, with all that work, anyone would. Dress is pretty. She can be comfortable once in a while. We all know she has a great body. She’s a beauty.
That dress is terrible. It has absolutely no form to it… like a bizarre tube. It really just looks like blue blanket wrapped around her.
