It definitely looks like he’s gained some weight recently. It’s very noticeable in his stomach, legs and face.

I have never ever seen even a second of that show and wouldn’t know it if the actors gained weight. That said, I find him to be nothing special from these pictures. Just kind of regular.

The Man Boobs are such a major turnoff!!! Ick. If you can see them through his shirt…imagine him without a shirt. I honestly didn’t get the attraction of this guy before he (recently) went through puberty and grew his boobs, but now (sorry) he makes me want to throw up! He better hit the gym pronto!

Um this isn’t news he’s been gaining weight for over a year now. He had this double chin last summer. It’s getting gross he can’t rely on “boyish” charm forever. They have such strict standards about how we should look they should get it together too.
I think he looks cute but then again i prefer guys who are cute but are a little bigger/ have a gut haha.
I agree with Jj: Penn has been gaining weight for more than a year now. I understand weight fluctuates sometimes, but seriously it is nice when guys also take care of themselves. I personally think Chace Crawford is attractive (in response to another user saying they find him hideous).
wow yes he has! he should really hit the gym, young men are kinda hard to get fat with out muscle..well the ones i know. And maybe wear some looser clothes too.
His legs look alright but he’s definitely gained around the middle! You think he’s work out more since he’s the star of such a HUGE tv show.

haha. i just googled him, and there was a picture where he was with the blake woman, and she was significantly bigger, and he was slimmer. she looked better like that, and he looks better like this. he looks quite british actually, in this picture, in terms of manner.
He looks nice! I guess there are some double-standards involved, but I just think generally women look better thin. The clothes men wear don’t really require them to be very skinny – unless they’re into high fashion – while women’s clothes usually do. For the record, I like fashion and I’m very thin, but I don’t think it’s necessary for other guys.
Not necessary to discuss that Penn gained some noticeable weight.
But I still love him and think that he is really handsome.

He really can’t afford to gain any weight. The only reason he’s famous is because teenage girls find him attractive. He needs to diet and hit the gym if he wants to remain relevant.
