K-Fed Shops For Healthy Food

Kevin was seen stocking up on broccoli, carrots and spinach and reading the ingredients for a container of salad.

Recent photos and reports indicate that K-Fed has already gained back the weight he lost on VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club last last year. (See before-and-after photos of the weight loss here). It looks like he’s at least making an effort here to buy some nutritious low-cal food – hopefully he’ll eat some of it!

Eeek, if all the dates on these pictures are correct, then he lost 50lbs in about only 4 months and gained about 50lbs back in only 2-3 months. His body (particularly his heart) is going to be in ROUGH shape after this huge yoyo dieting. Yikes.
At least he’s apparently trying to eat healthy.
i can’t help but like this guy..i have no clue why but i do lol he seems to be a pretty down to earth person and seems to be nice enough i did find him attractive at one time too btw..hopefully he can get back on track!

Kinda hard to tell from all the piles of fabric he’s wearing, but he looks big. Just big, not even fat but like someone photoshopped a weirdly large body onto a normal sized head. Must be the clothes throwing me off though.

@ aud…I like him too, he seems like a decent guy and a good dad. I can empathize with his weight yo-yoing too as many of us probably can. He’s good looking but not very attractive when he balloons.

GOOD DAD? yeah i love how he works so hard to support his 4 kids and has full time custody of all of them. so glad he doesnt mooch off of his ex and spend his time shopping with his gf and spending his ex’s money.
My goodness I hope this isn’t true-he was on the right road with the weight loss. I think it is great that he is eating right and trying to get back into shape.
I’ve seen men 2x his size and they dress better than he does. Come on, find some proper clothes. He must buy Hanes undershirts in BULK!

Although I don’t really like him (and think he’s somewhat of a douche – and why oh why is he always wearing clothes that are several sizes too big?) I’m somewhat happy for him that he at least seems to be in a happy relationship.
In a recent interview he said that he is an emotional eater. Us women do not have sole rights to eating disorders. If we refrain from commenting on female celebrities who are known to have food issues, maybe we should have the same courtesy towards men. My guess is that K-Fed does not have some sort of Klingon shield to protect himself from criticism or ridicule.
I would not wear white if i was him.

Well I guess karma got to him for all the evil he did in the past (marrying Britney for all the wrong reasons). I’m happy he’s like this. He deserves it.

If he’d stop wearing such massively oversized clothing, he’d automatically look 20 pounds lighter. Wearing such large clothing probably makes it hard to realize if you’re gaining or losing weight since you can’t see your body at all.
