		<description>I&#039;m going to get all body recomp nerd here...  It looks like he did a bulk to put on some lean mass.  It&#039;s not a big deal.  When you&#039;re bulking, you&#039;re in a calorie surplus and along with the muscle gain, you&#039;re going to put on some fat as well.  Afterward, you do a cut with the idea of preserving as much of your muscle as possible while dropping the extra fat.  He&#039;s probably not that chubby here as he has some upper ab definition coming in and the start of some separation at the delts.  I&#039;d guess he&#039;s somewhere around 12 or 14% body fat.</description>
