I think she looks really slender and pretty in these photos (except for that thing around her head)! Very different from her normal getup.

She may look ok here, but something is off about her and we all know it. I wish she would have taken Ellen Degeneres’ advice and vanished from the spotlight for a few years. Clearly no one is capable of picking this girl up from the ground because she doesn’t want help. She needs to build her image back up again and fight her inner demons because looking at her now is just sad.
people need to take it easy on this girl. she looks finneee. most of the time!! and she hasn’t been scary skinny in quite a while. chill out ugh
Oh and she needs to wipe off that frown. Whenever I see her she always has that crease between her eyebrows. I guess all the botox has left her looking permanently displeased.

This poor girl is like Brit. in that she always looks disheveled and poorly groomed. Nothing in that outfit goes together, it is a total disaster. That thing on her head is beyond ridiculous…
She looks like she has a nice figure, but I think that illusion has more to do with the dress. Why does she look like she is getting a double chin?

The dress on its own is cute, would look great on someone like Carey Mulligan (aka my current girl crush. lol)
Oh my god..black again?!?!? I have never seen someone wear so much black in my life. Is her hair thinning or is that just her lighter-colored roots growing in and creating that illusion??
People keep saying bad things about her, criticizing every detail of her life/body/face/career/family, I would be depressed if were her…
When you can see dark roots on bleached hair is bad, but when there is a white roots on black colored hair, that’s catastrophe
@elb…totally agree w/you; Ref: Lindsay …. EXACTLY..’what a cheap hooker may think is chic’! Horrible outfit choice and her hair needs to go back to her NATURAL dark red auburn/red color. Her hair used to be so full, red & beautiful…she looked BEST when she had her (natural) hair color in “Just My Luck”…If only….again I say…IF ONLY she had left her hair and her facial features (IE: botox, collagen in her blowfish lips, etc)ALONE…she would (IMO)be receiving lots (more) better offers & movie roles. Too bad our perpetual party girl cannot “give up” her partying drinking, drugs, DUI’s and Rehab stints …3-rehabs-to-date)!
@em…you are right on target! She should have accepted Ellen Degneres soooo way (too) kind offer and dropped out of the spotlight and vanished from the it (spotlight) for at least 6 to 12 months to clean her act up and re-emerge. LiLo just always looks so “out of it” in every conceiveable WAY and WE ALL KNOW the MANY, MANY REASONS! The Only Fashion Week Events she is (apparently) allowed to attend (and has NOT BEEN BANNED FROM) are in France or maybe other European countries (IE: England). None of the U.S. Fashion Event Weeks want LiLo to be “seen” sitting in the front rows of their events. She’s basically been banned from most U.S. Fashion Week Events!
I like the dress (on it’s own). What the heck is on her head though, it looks like one of those baby headband things? Body looks better but her face looks bloated.

She does look good, but from the side you can already see lip/cheek injection spots, especially in the second photo. She should lay off the injections, she is naturally very pretty.
I only think nicole richie can pull off the head band look. plus she looks extra stupid with the big black thing in the front.

i read that one ellen degeneres comment and subsequently watched the clip of lindsay and ellen on youtube…and WOW, even though this isn’t lindsay’s natural weight here in these pics, she’s even way thinner in the ellen interview and her arms look seriously skeletal
Why is this girl so desperate for attention all the time? Was she neglected as a kid? I truly feel for her.
I think she looks pretty here. It may be overkill but this is such an improvement on how she has been looking that it hardly matters.

the dark hair reminds me of ashlee simpson. don’t want to be too mean about the outfit because it looked like she at least tried.
i love this! i love the headband. i think she looks really nice and classy but young and trendy-ish still.

I like the dress and the tights are sweet with it. Not keen on her modern sunglasses AND the headband. They don’t go together. I would have liked to see different shoes with this dress. Overall, she does look like she’s going to a funeral. Black is just not fashionable anymore.

She still looks really old! I don’t know why anyone still cares about her.
I actually rather like her outfit, it’s nice to see her looking a bit more grownup/classier (minus the head thing)

Her weight is not the problem. It’s that at 23 she looks twice her age, prematurely brought about by drug and alcohol abuse.
She does look better here…like maybe she found her way to the shower. Congrats.

When I did the Atkins diet and had no carbs at all for months,every time I ate some carbs (like a sandwich), my face got puffy the next day. I dont know why it is so, but I think Lindsay must be very restrictive with her diet, hence the bloated face and tummy.

I know the shoes and the bag are by Dior spring 2010, I’m not sure about the dress, but i like this look, she doesn’t look stoned, for once, what i really, really, dislike is the silly looking headband, she is not cute enough to pull it off, and please, go back to red hair!

Well, the outfit is nice (minus the headband). Not sure if she’s got a scalp issue or if her roots are just growing in, but she really needs to focus on getting her body in shape. Did she get another tattoo?

Wow this is something that Paris Hilton would wear. It is tacky. The shoes and headband especially. This girl needs to go somewhere and get her life straightened out. She is a prime example of having bad people in your life. She is in her early 20’s and she looks as if she can be in her early to mid 30’s.

Actually compared to her usual outfit choice, this isn’t too bad. She obviously gets some serious belly-bloat, and the dress minimizes that. Gives her a waist too…so as far as the choice of dress goes…probably a B.
The headband ain’t the best, however if she lost the glasses and went with non-patterned tights, it could work – Better still, if she wore it like an ACTUAL headband (with the back under her hair) it wouldn’t look so…um…”funeral hippie”.
The accessories are really her undoing here…far too busy, but compared to the top-heavy, unforgiving leggings-and-ill-fitting-top combo she usually goes for, this is a vast improvement.
