Cut her some slack, she’s looking good for a change. She may have permanently ruined her body, but that doesn’t mean she should be ripped to pieces for the same things over and over again.

Gained weight? I think she’s lost weight since I last saw a picture of her (she had gained after getting skeletal and looked pretty bloated). She looks better than she has in ages!
I can’t bring myself to like her face, but her hair is beautiful and she looks like she has a great body. If she’s happy, great for her!

i can’t believe she tried to get stomach surgery to make her abs look toned…sorry sweetie you deserve that lumpy mess of a stomach (thankfully covered up in the pics) you have right now cause surgery may remove fat, but a toned appearance comes only from exercise and healthy eating

I think it looks like she might’ve gained, and several lbs at that. During what period of time – i’m not sure. And that’s not an insult, she’s looking quite good and fresh imo, whereas in some other pics she’s been more like all leathery and skin & bones, and with a tired looking face. In my eyes she seems to be doing better nowadays.

She’s looking great, but she’ll still never be as cute, healthy, and normal as she looked at the very start of her career. That should be a message to people that think they “need” plastic surgery in order to be perfect.

Her face looks sooo different to me. She had such an angel face when she was young, and it’s kind of pinched now. But overall she looks a lot better here than she has in times past.

Saw her with her fiancé at Mr. Chows on Friday night. She was wearing a red dress and looked really pretty and also very skinny. People always look thinner in person. Her rock was huge though:)
I really don’t know why everyone is saying it doesn’t look like her. I think her face looks like the same worn out, smokers, drinkers face it always did. She just doesnt have messy hair in front of it, her make up isn’t messed up, and her eyes are actually open all the way.. that’s why she looks different.
And I am pretty sure the weight gain is non existent. She looks the same. Way too skinny.
I think she looks good. She’s really tiny and she looks good at this weight. I’ve always had a soft spot for her. The media hasn’t always been kind to her and even though she’s brought on alot of her own problems I still think people can be hard on her. I’m glad she’s getting married and starting a new life for herself.

Okay, so her face and body are a few botched surgeries and several drunken benders away from her American Pie days. She looks the best that she’s looked in a very long time.
Her face looks puffy, and maybe her jeans should be an inch higher on the waist, not mom jeans, just not 18 year old jeans, but I like Tara and I wish her the best after all shes been through .

She has definitely put on 13-14 pounds and looks much better for it. Some of the “gain” around her face looks like is it due to Juvederm, however.
Ugh. This girl has always been downright trashy. Judging by these pictures, nothing’s changed. Her arms look alright but she’s definitely gained on her face. It looks swollen and puffy.

@MentallySkinny…agree…LiLo is another (younger) version of Tara when Tara was partying constantly. Actually Tara @ 34 years looks better (IMO) than LiLo NOW (Lilo turns 24 July 2nd.)! Thing is (even w/fuller face); I think that Tara looks really good…the BEST I’ve seen her look in awhile (especially since those pics of her a few years ago in a bikini & she was absolutely skeletal.) !!
