I believe that both the dress and the pumps are flattering (and the camera angle too) but I saw some pictures of her yesterday where she was wearing tight trousers and her hips looked as wide as usual so I wouldn’t say she lost weight

Wonderful body proportions. It doesn’t matter if she always wears these types of dresses, it’s a smart move. They flatter her body best, and there’s no reason why she should change that.
