Its nice to see that she’s eating in a healthy way to maintain her weight. Its really refreshing that she’s doing things the right way…makes me want to pay more attention to what I’m putting into my body.

God I love this woman! Ok she’s a bad actress but she has a great family going on plus she’s beautiful and has a great body. Oh and I love the boots!

I don’t understand the wintery boots with the summery outift, though I see that everywhere.
If only she was wearing some sandals or flip flops. It looks like it’s warm where she is and the boots don’t really fit with the outfit (although I do think they look great). I love her skin tone, her clothes, her food choices and her pretty natural make-up. Gorgeous gal. Take note Heidi…

Shes gorgeous. Ive seen her a few times and shes not the nicest person Ive ever met. I worked at Sephora and she came in and was very rude unlike some of the other celebs. Last time I saw her was at the gym and she was sooooo skinny. She was wearing a sports bra and was taller than me (Im 5′7) and was prob about 115 pounds if I had to guess.

LOL at some of the comments here. She doesn’t have to smile when she picks up her groceries, does she? “seriousness in her face” meaning “she’s so strict with herself”, and “counting calories in her head”? indeed someone will always have something horrible to say about each picture.
Connieculkins: I don’t think you can say it’s seriousness on her face, and whoever said she was counting calories. Look at the third photo, someone is stretching the camera over the height of the shelves in order to get a photo of her. I would look pretty pissed off and serious too if I was being harassed like that.
Jessica looks cute here. (Thin, but NOT OVERLY SO!) At least she seems to be EATING and HEATHFULLY at THAT (w/all the veggies, etc).
The boots are a bit not in tune w/outfit…but lots of the Hollywood “IT” girls do it…Nicole Richie used to do it a lot…but haven’t seen a whole lot of Nicole since she became a mom of 2 & is working on her clothing line: “Winter Kate” & “Jewelry House of Harlow 1960″ plus her charity work…like the “Richie-Madden Childrens’ Foundation.”
These pictures creep me out! She can’t even go to the grocery store without someone taking pictures.
Anyone who thinks this is a natural weight for her is delusional. I think she looks gorgeous but she tries very hard. I personally wouldn’t give up happiness to be thinner like her. But I know many people here strongly disagree.

KT, one paparazzi company said it was Culver City, another said Beverly Hills, which is why I put “LA area” because I wasn’t sure.
Unfortunately there are TJ locations in both cities so I’m not sure where it was exactly.

she’s at the TJ’s in Westwood (I recognized the outside area because I walk by all the time).
no denying she is pretty and very tiny…she looks good…her extended family is overweight, so you know she works hard and probably obsesses a bit to stay small…she has a great body!

This girl works hard to stay that thin. Everyone saying she looks so healthy…come on now, look at her legs in those boots. If, in a picture, you can be under 5′8, wear such unflattering boots and still look like a stick…you’re very skinny. She is definitely under 115 pounds. I would guess 110, 5′7.

Even as her biggest Non-fan-I’ll admit she looks good here. A little on the thin side, but her skin is beautiful here.
Dislike the boots with the outfit, but otherwise it’s something I’d wear.
@Emma – are you getting enough healthy fats in your diet? And enough omega nutrients? Avacado & olive oil, english walnuts, flax (seed or oil), olive oil, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, chestnut oil and olives are all great sources for the various omega nutrients (3, 6 & 9). I have a vegan friend who wasn’t eating enough fat, or omega 3 and her skin, nails and hair started looking terrible (dry & lack luster) until she started incorperating them into her diet.
Jessica looks adorable, but I’m not a fan of seeing peoples bras through their shirts… Super cute shirt though, I’d love to be able to pull that look off!

I think she looks gorgeous, and I love her top! I think she just eats healthy & exercises a decent amount. Maybe it’s not her natural weight, if she ate whatever she want, but that’s not healthy either! She probably looks like most people when they go to the grocery store facial expression-wise. I don’t see too many people acting all jolly with huge smiles on their faces. Now THAT might seem a little weird.
if she’s 5′6 she’s DEFINITELY not 125. those are my stats and she is skinnier/less muscular than i am. my guess is 110-115

She looks the same, skinny but at a good weight. As usual I see nothing wrong with her facial expressions. I’d find it odd if she had a huge smile on her face while shopping. That would be weird…oh and elm932, I’ve seen the movie Awake and liked it. She’s not as bad of an actress as some people say, she’s good but not great.

I’m 5′5″ and 112 and I’m pretty skinny but not emanciated – I’d say she’s probably the exact same weight as me if not a little bit more cause she is taller. She’s not 108 or 107 guys – come on at that height she would look like tori spelling. The magazines often potray stars as being 99lbs when they are actually more like 110…! They do that to get people interested.
the doc martens look great with the outfit, they are meant to be worn this way. they were work boots created for style and crossing them with summer clothes is very popular and i LOVE the look!
I also LOVE Trader Joe’s! THey make eating healthy easy with precut veggies, etc.
ANyway, as always she looks pretty, skinny and MEAN. I like her outfit, minus the boots.

hmmm. i’m 5′8 125 and don’t look that skinny- if she’s 5′6 i’d guess low 100’s. she’s very pretty. has an exotic look. needs to ditch the boots and socks for some nice sandals.

jessica said that a lot people in her family are obese so thats why she’s watching what she’s eating. She said that she’s dieting since the age of 12 in an interview.

I think Jessica Alba comes from a rather strict catholic family and had a very conservative upbringing, maybe explaining ‘the seriousness in her face’? though I have no idea what face I am pulling when I go grocerie shopping, especially if people are taking pictures of me while im buying vegetables, I mean WTF you know? If someone was following me around with a camera, I’d probably snatch it from them and break it. (If I’d asked them to stop and they hadn’t ). I’m sure the expression on my face would be rather irritated as well. I think she looks pretty considering how annoyed she must be. Nice legs.

I think shes a perfect weight…Im 5′5 and about 15pounds away from her…very inspiring! And she gets her skin tone not from her ‘heathy eating’ shes half hispanic…she said in an interview that she doesnt really mention it because she didnt know that side of the family very well. I would guess she is 5′6 and 110lb ..no way she is 125..unless shes like 5′9 lol.

I don’t think she looks miserable at all, she looks like she’s thinking; she probably has a lot on her mind. Most people in grocery stores aren’t grinning maniacally whilst shopping so I wouldn’t expect celebs to act any differently during their downtime. I’d be creeped out if she suddenly started posing for the paps in the middle of the grocery store, to be honest.
I agree with what Angela said. No one smiles for no reason when they’re grocery shopping. Unless you’re crazy. She’s alone, so she has no one to talk to, why does she have to look happy and smile?
And yeah, the fact that her family are overweight has made her very strict and she said that she started to prepare healthy foods for herself at an early age.
Jessica looks really good, but you can tell she forces the thinness. She is NOT supposed to be a zero … she looks like she would be comfortable as a 6 or 8. It must really suck to HAVE to be that thin.

Pre-baby she was listed at 5′7″ (I think under 5′8″ but more like 5′6 1/2″) she was said to weigh 115 pounds (in various magazines from Allure to Us Weekly).
She looks thinner-to-her-normal-too-thin-anyway. I’d say 5′6 1.2″ and 110 sounds about right.
@neenee I totally agree. I think she looks unnatural. I also DON’T think she has a “glow” especially not the one she had earlier in her career. She could really benefit from 10 pounds.

Love Tjoe’s ~ so reasonable. Its good she eats lots of veggies, that’s prob. one reason she’s so thin/gorgeous. Love her thin arms.
She can’t be under 120 if she’s 5′7, I refuse to believe it. She’d be a lot more skinnier and unhealthy if she was. Plus, we have no way of knowing anyones weight honestly. There are too many factors with individual body compositions. Although…the guesses people make on here are quite amusing.
