Am I the only one who thinks she has done something to her face? I barely recognized her when I first came across these photos!

Personally I really like Kim, she comes across as quite nice on her show (I think) and she always looks great ! However I do think maybe she has had something done to her face, becuase she looks quite older and before she was very beautiful naturally, her eyes were less pulled back (!) if you know what i mean

Her face looks pulled back and very ” taut “? she’s beginning to look like a cat. Even the way she smiles seems very unnatural and strained– almost as though her face is stiff.
I suspect Kim k is getting premature and unneeded Botox in her cheeks, forehead and eye area. She also really doubles up on that under eye concealed, making her face look even more mannequin like.
Despite these irresponsible tweakings, I still look at her as still very much a striking beauty. her bone structure is stunning! even Megan Fox couldn’t hold a candle to Kim K’s exquisite and statuesque face.

Look at photos of her when she was younger and you can really see all the face work she has had done. She is plastic in alot of places.

I think her face looks like many other celebs’s (i’m putting her in that category now..); weirdly filled and tucked, like she has cheek fillers, maybe botox, some tightening around the eye, maybe a nose job.. But i don’t know if they can achieve all that with make-up (i don’t think Kim would’ve done more than maybe one or two procedures, what ever they might be). But imo she looks like a slightly scary plastic doll. Beautiful still. The dress is nice.

after looking at old pictures of her, i think i’ve finally figured out what she’s had done to her face & why her eyes look so funky. i’m pretty sure she’s had an eye or face lift, because her skin looks so ridiculously tight and her eyes are all slanted now. also, she’s definitely had a nose job. at first, i couldn’t figure out why does she look more like her mom with all the plastic? now i realize…its because her mom’s face is all plastic-y too! duh!
She does not look different to me either, it’s just different angles, different poses. My nose, chin, facial shape differs from picture to picture, sometimes pictures make me look thinner than in real life, and sometimes heavier. How in the world does she sneak off to get plastic surgery when photogs are taking pictures of her on a daily basis?
Nose job – it was the first thing I noticed…and she definitely appears to look “older” – what a shame because I really like her!
I don’t envy her body but why would you mess with your face if you were that gorgeous to begin with?? Stupid, stupid people…she looked better before.
Rian – I think people have mentioned before that her face really looks different, so you’re definitely not alone.
I saw something in one of the tabloids pointing out her before and after pictures, and she has really had a lot of work done. It’s too bad, because she didn’t need it. She doesn’t look natural here; body looks ok, though.

I’d seen some pics of a much younger Kim and she looked much more Asian, very delicate and beautiful. It made me wonder why she ever touched her looks at all. From the photos I saw she was naturally gorgeous, and didn’t need to do a thing. The surgeries have made her features harsher, tho she’s still beautiful.
I think you’re right, Rian, though I can’t put my finger on what it is that’s making her look different. All the posts above me say nosejob – if so the surgeon did a good job! However, maybe it’s just the hair and make-up?

Her face does look weird. At first I thought she might have lost some weight but then I looked closely and yeah, no weight loss. But whatever she did to herself, makeup or surgery, gives an ilusion of a thinner Kim. Can you imagine how great she’d look if she were actually thin?
Yeah something is different about her. I doubt it is a nose job. She has always had a really good nose. It could just be the make up she is wearing. It is too much, and she does look A LOT older. Or she looks like she is older and has had her face sort of pulled. Weird because she is young.

Yup, she’s had something(s) done. If you see her in pictures from 2007 or so, she looks much more ethnic. Now, her look is very plastic surgery generic. Google Jade Nicole, Brody’s ex g/f, they seem to have the same plastic surgeon

it’s weird.. this girl was born DROP DEAD GORGEOUS… She has just made herself look like a total plastic version of herself. She looks “beautiful” but it does look so fake.. And she looks like herself to me just obviously so filled up with plastic and whatever the heck…
Even makeup less and younger, she was insanely gorgeous.
She was so lucky to be born with her looks it’s ridiculous. I feel like hollywood/money is to blame [of course i know i am stating the obvious]. If she was a normal girl, and grew up lower middle class like me, what a stunner she’d be ,and her confidence would be throguh the roof with her natural looks.
Also, I do think her breasts are 100% real! That’s one thing I think she never touched unless there are surgeries that don’t add implants, but just shape or pull up the boobies. I hope she didn’t touch them.

@max005 …Totally agree with you. Saw earlier pics of Kim and she did look more Asian and delicate & beautiful! She is half Armenian (from her dad, Robert Kardashian) and that makes her look beautifully unique as well. She was so naturally gorgeous before all the enhancements & enhancing she’s been doing. Her butt was NEVER that Round, uplifted & wide a couple years before she & her family became so instantly famous on TV! @mel…I am thinking the same thing about Kim “claiming” to be a size 2. Perhaps her waist is a size 2…(but the rest of her…boobs & butt) are definitely much larger…at least a size 6! There’s NO WAY she can get those boobs & that butt into a size 2! They all lie about their “size”! The last time I read what Khloe claimed…she (now) claims to have lost some weight & is a size 4. There is no way!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn’t believe her when she went on that QuiK Trim Cleanse/diet and said to have lost from size 10 to size 6!

It’s a plastic pout and cheek fillers. The cheek fillers are making her eyes look different, but I also would not rule out Botox. Check out her lips, they are different. She looks older and puffy.

Yeah i agree that she had something done. I think she had the “bump” straightened out like megan fox did before she did transformers. Or some sort of lift? she doesnt even look the same as she did back in the day.. Still pretty though

I think she had some fillers in her cheeks and cannot understand why. Her face was really pretty, now there´s something unnatural in it, her glow diappeared.

She does look different, I say nose job too, it’s definitely much slimmer than before. I don’t like her, but I think she looks really good here. I like her so much better without the short skin tight dress and tons of make-up/fake hair everywhere. She looks very pretty here.

She’s so pretty, but yeah I’ve noticed she has been looking different lately. She looked gorgeous before she started messing with her face. Her face was fuller, eyebrows a bit thicker and eyes were rounder and wider. I love her dark hair color, I want mine like that!

Eh, she doesn’t look that different to me… But she has gotten a MUCH MUCH MUCH better makeup artist. Like woah. Her old pancake foundation was terrible. She *might* have had something done around the eyes, but I honestly think she’s just changed makeup artists recently.
Aww it’s too bad her face looks so puffy here. I do hope she just had a bad day, I would hate if she had this done deliborately and if she actually paid for it. This is not good. But shee looks a little bit pale compared to her usual tanned self. Maybe that is what makes her look different.
I don’t think she has had work done, just excellent makeup application. It’s amazing what contouring can do, it can change your face shape completely if applied correctly. And her juicy lips and high cheekbones are a combination of makeup and the kim kardashian ‘pout’.

I don’t see how she could have gotten a nose job since the last time we saw her. Just not enough time to recover from the swelling and bruising. That’s not to say she didn’t have botox, and that can cause weird things to go on with her eyes.

I finally realized who she reminds me of in the last picture – Priscilla Presley.
Her lips have always been distended on profile, which means lip injections. However, I just don’t see anything fake about her other than that. She is stunning, isn’t she? What a face.

It seems to be a mixture of contouring makeup and a slight trimming of the nose. I’ve noticed her change for awhile, her cheeks seemed filled, and she definitely looks like she’s having premature Botox done to her face. Her “cat-like” eyes seems mostly due to the eye make up, especially the eye liner.
She still looks stunning, though. I’d love to have her body, without the overly-large bum, however. I don’t think I can pull it off like her.

@THINMAMA: I saw that magazine article too. From the before pictures you can see her face was fuller,eyes were rounder, and her skin was darker. Now im thinking shes had more than one nose job and wayyy too many cheek fillers or maybe cheek implants? all the cheek contouring doesnt help either. It looks like her face is too tight to move!!!!

New nose, cheeks, chin and a ridiculous amount of Botox and fillers all over her face, I mean c’mon, she doesn’t even have those naso-labial lines anymore when she smiles, that is a certainty of too much filler and botox. She looks completely unnatural and fake and I no longer think she is pretty at all and I used too. Yuk, why do these people think they look good like this??
The lobes of her nostrils are smaller. If you compare her face to the last pictures of her in a bikini or the ones before that its obvious.

I really think Kim has a skilled artist applying her makeup since honestly one can contour the nose, etc just with special techniques. I do think she may have had lip injections though. Kim looks good, but not a huge fan of her (don’t quite understand why she is famous).
She is wearing a tadashi dress with louboutin clutch and shoes, she look really classy, but the nose job ruined her face, as i’ did say before, imperfection, makes you beautiful, and unique!

I don’t understand why she just can’t be honest with what she has had done- if she is going to harp on about her being a role model, being happy with who she is, etc then we have a right- especially her fans- to know what she has had done. At least Heidi Montag just comes out with it and is brutally honest!!!! I have a heap of respect for her- plastic or not.

it’s the 5 pounds of contouring makeup that make her look like a freak. If we saw her with less makeup or non at all, she would look more like herself.
she admitted to getting botox, in her old pics she had more visible lines around the mouth (but not wrinkles). she also has the best makeup artist, mario. i read his blog, he really is amazing. she appears w/out makeup many times on keeping up w/ the kardashians, you can see her in khloe’s wedding episode and she doesn’t look bad but you can tell she transforms with makeup
also i know someone who saw her in the airport and she is pretty short and small in real life. she looks a lot taller in pics. due to her general size i dont doubt she is 107ish lbs. i am prob a couple inches taller and 115 so it makes sense, & im def. not very thin looking or anything.
She’s lost her beauty now with her new nose and something isn’t right with her mouth either. Too bad. She used to be beautiful before her nose job. And I’m already tired of seeing one shoulder dresses. Yawn.
