    well, it’s a suit, but I wouldn’t call it a conservative, going-to-court suit; she looks more like a stripper dressing up as a businesswoman. It’s too tight; and the blouse is way too tight and revealing, for court anyway. she looks like if she took a deep breath, the buttons would pop (how does she sit down in that outfit) Hair looks greasy, I bet her eyes are bloodshot; body actually looks ok though.

    thinmama, I totally agree! A stripper dressing up as a businesswoman is a perfect description! Pants too tight, blouse cut too low, crazy hooker heels. I mean, it would be a nice outfit for a different situation, but def. not court.

    For Lindsay this may be better than usual, but what’s with the glove-tight, unbuttoned shirt? The suit’s alright, but again, shiny doesn’t exactly scream “Take me seriously!”

    Ok the shirt is cut super low, and overall it looks like a costume more than an outfit to me (agreed on the stripper thing, that or a sexy secret agent in some camp movie). But what mainly bothers me is the tightness of the shirt. I don’t get it why people insist on wearing them a size smaller. A tight dress on someone with a thin, tight body i can understand, it can look cheap but also sexy in the obvious way, but a shirt, if it has buttons you’re just gonna show your skin bulging between the buttons, and in Lindsays case the fabric goes to rolls (i think it might be supposed to be draped a bit, but surely not that much..?)

    I give her points for the effort, but she does not look good overall. Flipping through the channels, “Mean Girls” was on tv this weekend and I could believe how different she looked. I know she was younger, but she looks to have aged 15 years since then. It’s really sad.

    I don’t know why she’s in court but I don’t think she looks too great. the sunnies are probably because she’s hiding something… that’s what I always think when people wear sunnies inside… hiding bloodshot eyes, perhaps..

    She’s been on probation for a few years and this court date was mandatory to see if she’s been following the “rules.” She missed the last court date b/c she was in Cannes and she *lost* her passport. I think she has to wear an ankle monitor again. How sad I know all this.

    She needs so much help I can’t comment on her anymore. It’s too pathetic.

    Lol I agree with the striper dressed up as business women comments – I thought the same thing looking at these pics! She is so tragic but I dont even feel sorry for her at all, she turns away from every bit of help (both in terms of her career and her addictions), shes a spoiled party girl who needs to grow up and realise she does not live above the law!

    She doesnt look clean, healthy, or attractive in any way, she hasnt for years and I doubt she ever will again.

    the weight gain is particularly visible in those tight clothes especially considering she’s wearing some super high heels

    It is sad that she doesn’t even have the common sense to know that this outfit is inappropriate for the situation. Being an actress, she REALLY should know this. Research, check out any courtroom drama scene, what does an attorney suggest that a defendant wear? HELLO, LINDSAY!!!! I do love the blazer, but the rest of the outfit and the fit is just WRONGWRONG WRONG!!!!! I hope there’s a breakthrough for her. She has great talent. Someone get her into a foster home where the parents are very nice caring police officers.

    Dressed appropriately, she doesn’t even look that bad.
    On weight: Her body looks ideal like this, imo. Not too skinny, not too full (for my liking). If she can, she should aim to stay at this weight.
    However, there are more important things she ought to be be worrying about right now. I’m curious to see when she’ll finally wake up and take the necessary steps..

    @thinmama….I am in total agreement with you on your assessment about LiLo’s outfit! Stripper dressed as business woman.(lol!!) That outfit is not something she should have worn to court…the blouse is too tight (as is everything else) and that blouse looks ready to “pop” if Linds’ takes a deep breath. That judge IS NOT GOING to be IMPRESSED! (It is a lady judge..Judge Revel, I believe). Guess LiLo must think that the judge should be happy that she (LiLo) showed up at all. That judge is really ticked off w/LiLo!! She has to wear the SCRAM ankle monitor again & stay off drugs until her probation hearing on July 6th! Do we think that Linds’ can abstain THAT LONG???? She better finish her “Right On” alcohol classes, too! She has had 3 years to do all this stuff and she’s “dragging it out” forever!

    Anybody else remembering Amy Winehouses court appearances? She looks like a druggie in an ill-fitted suit. I don’t think an executive suit should EVER be so tight in the thigh area. As somebody mentionned above, it just looks like a bad secret agent costume. I also think her hair would have looked better in a top knot, like a slightly messy chignon.

    For you people that think this outfit is ok for court let me enlighten you in case you ever have to go to court yourselves. Sorry, no go. DO NOT make Lindsay’s mistake! The blouse is far too tight and low cut. The pants are too shiny and tight. The blazer could probably be a bit looser, but it looks pretty good. Change the shoes. Period.Flats,or one inch to two inch heels are fine. Lindsay’s heels are ridiculous. Court is not a time to dress flamboyantly or disrespectfully. This outfit would be fine for a party or clubbing. Lindsay is in enough trouble, she doesn’t need to aggravate the judge further with this nonsense.
