Strangely, my reaction is meh. I agree with @Lulubelle on both points.
I love her looks, I think she’s just effortlessy beautiful. She could roll out of bed and look amazing, I’m sure of it. No, she’s not striking in the way say Adriana Lima is…she’s more the girl next door with a killer smile and a knockout body.
She looks healthier and regardless, her attractiveness is in her energy.
She looks pretty, love the dress and she seems so healthy! I don’t think she had any surgery because when she was younger she got her ears pinned back which made her regret ever doing cosmetic surgery again.

She has an okay figure. I would never want to be that skinny and I don’t think she is that pretty. But, she does pull of that dress splendidly.
She looks very nice. A perfect size for her. The only thing I worry about is that she looks like she goes in the sun a lot. That will age your skin.

I guess she just has a very gangly frame for her height. It’s like she’s tall but still has the build of a much shorter woman. Look at how tiny her wrists are!

I find it funny people saying they wouldnt want to have her body/height etc, seriously? Her body cant please everone (none of us can do that) but its the kinda bod that means getting paid millions for your looks and 99% of people finding you attractive, if I could trade, I sure as hell would, and I think most of u would too. Doesnt mean I have self-esteem issues just means I would love to get paid 1000x times more for working 1000x less hard.
I first started going on this site because I had nothing better to do.. that part hasn’t changed lol, but I also read people’s comments now. I don’t know… when I look at a picture of someone, or even someone in person I don’t compare myself with them. I see people for who they are, and to me in these pictures I see a young woman who is happy to be where she is. I get that that part of the point is to I guess be judgmental about these women, but it’s kind of sad too. Beauty comes in many forms. Some people are skinny, some people are in between, some people sag, and some people are chubby. I don’t think there’s a “perfect” out there, and it doesn’t mean that because someone happens to be thin that they are deemed hideous. A lot of the words I read can be really harsh, and just seem to be coming from an extremely negative place within the people that make them. In this post the comments aren’t as particularly harsh. Maybe it’s because deep inside most of us can see that this woman on the screen is actually beautiful, whether you like it or not.

I used to teach middle school and a lot of these comments seem like they come from the same place, emotionally. I was constantly telling 12 year olds to be nice and stop calling each other names. I notice online that ppl seem to either be weirdly cynical (insisting every celebrity has had every cosmetic procedure known to man, and that no one can possibly be thin without starving themselves) or overly critical. I wonder why ppl don’t seem to make the connection that hating on thinner people is just as bad as hating on any other aspect of someone’s appearance. As a tall, thin girl myself, I get so tired of being attacked for my weight–as if it personally offends people.

Im sorry but YAWN. This girl is sooooo boring. Im sooooo tired of seeing her.The dress is ugly IMO and her hair looks like she just rolled out of bed. Im tired of everyone thinking supermodels are pretty because they’re in magazines. Shes cute cus shes young. Young girls can wear their hair a mess and an ugly dress and people just say “Oh Shes so thin and perfect.”

@ZHNJG: I totally understand where you are coming from about being critisized for being too skinny, but this is website created for talking about (and sometimes that includes critisizing) celebrity bodies. Every one has their own opinion about how a body should look and they are just voicing that.

If I saw her on the street I would think she was too thin. She looks a little old to be that skinny. And I have never thought her face was that great. Pretty but not gorgeous. But beauty really is in the eyes of the beholder.

Has anyone ever seen her with her hair back – ever? She had otoplasty as a child, and I’d love to see what her ears look like someday. I don’t think anyone ever has.
zhnjg–I understand that you’re frustrated about people making assumptions (particularly about very naturally thin women), but I think a lot of women feel the pressure to look this way when it’s not within the realm of being healthy for them. Genetics are what they are. . . I used to be very thin, but it was not a healthy or genetically natural weight for me. I guess the one thing I can say (and I hope you don’t take offense). . at least your natural weight falls into the narrow percentage of the population that is considered “perfect” by the fashion industry. The rest of us have to struggle with not meeting some ideal set by a slim portion of society who sometimes make mean remarks about us being “fat”, “chubby”, “thick” or “lazy”. Not all of us can look that way without major suffering, so maybe at times we do have chips on our shoulders.
I think Alessandra is beautiful, and maybe she is just very, very lucky to have skinny genes and not have to look in the mirror every day and scrutinize her “failures” like many women do.

@justathought she’s thinner than that if she’s 5′10, even if she has muscle mass. that’s my height and weight and i can tell you she’s a good 5-10 pounds lighter.

She has all of her stats on her website, she is 5′10, 112 lbs and a size 2. I think her body looks great, very toned and beautiful. Also she seems to be a nice person too
Oh and a few months ago she wrote down what she ate for three days or so. Sounded like she eats whatever she wants (but a lot of vegetables too) but controls her portions.
