She looks better here than she has in years. I love the hair. Its young looking and flattering instead of the granny looks she was trying to sport. I really wish she was not hyper extending her knee like that. It looks bad and is terrible for your knees. And the shoes…she should of left them with the granny haircut she does not wear anymore.
I think she looks great! Love the hair even though it is a bit sloppy looking. Isn’t that the dress that Jessica Simpson wore and everyone was saying she looked so fat in it?

I actually think Katie looks really pretty and love her hair, but she should’ve picked different shoes for this dress, and really, a different dress entirely would’ve been a big improvement. But is she gorgeous? Yep.

I think she looks pretty darn good here (though underdressed for a premiere IMO). Not a great dress, but not terrible and her legs finally don’t look massive in these pics. Hair is cute.

Her face looks so radiant and youthful. Make-up really helps because without it she always looks tired and even sickly. A lot of people look fresh and gorgeous without make-up, but not her. She does have a child though and a very hectic schedule I’m sure…I agree that the dress is bad, and no need to comment on the legs.

I don’t have a problem with the outfit – she looks to be in great shape, even if it’s not the best dress for her. But what I can’t get over is the hair – is that a wig? It looks too thick, thicker than what her hair normally is. I know it’s wavy here, so that give it more volume, but something about it looks off to me

Oy, That dress fits terrible around her waist/bum. Please tell me she didn’t design it. Her makeup and hair aren’t spectacular buttt they actually aren’t bad for her. Her weight looks better then it has in a bit too. I don’t think her legs are “chunky or horrible.” I do think that a nude pump would have helped make them look longer and slimmer. She does seem to have good muscle tone.

the dress would be better a an inch or two shorter and would look better with higher heel shoes. The shoes she’s wearing are hideous, they look like grandma shoes, no offense to any grandmas.
She’s doing a weird pose in that one photo; which is making her legs look weird; but her weight is actually very good and healthy. Her legs are on the thicker side, that’s the way they’ll always be, nothing she can do about that; but higher heels would help give the illusion of slimmer legs.
She’s definitely in shape, I think her calves are just naturally muscular but some people might mistakenly say she has cankles…her face and hair is very pretty and fresh-looking

I’ve never understood all of the criticism this girl gets. I think she’s cute, has a good body, and her clothes are never that bad (I think there is always something a bit off with her outfits, but they are headed in a cute direction, if that makes sense). I’ve long suspected the criticism is because of her husband more than it is really about her.

Katie Holmes is a very good looking woman and it’s not that she’s not got money to invest in stylish clothes. She’s tall, she’s got great dark hair, a beautiful face… oh, if only she stuck with Mrs. Beckham for style advise, she’d look great.

The dress is Celine…she is not pulling it off in any way…the shoes are Roger Vivier….imho they add a matronly aura to the whole thing. I’d like her hair with a younger, more flattering outfit. I’ve read Suri is a little fashionista maybe she’ll start giving advice soon! lol
