She is gorgeous, I love her, but the dress doesn’t flatter her at all, I actually like her at this weight, I think she always looks fabulous. And yes she has gained, it is very noticeable but I think she couldn’t stay at the weight that she was previously because it isn’t her natural weight, at least not a weight that her body can sustain, which is why she keeps bouncing back to this weight, I know that because my body does exactly the same

I think she looks great and she has gained some weight back but it doesn’t look bad at all, she is very pretty. But I do feel for her, it must suck to constantly be battling with your weight, I thank my mum every day for giving me a fast metabolism.

She’s lucky that she never seems to gain weight in her face. My weight gain goes straight to my face, followed closely by my thighs.
The outfit isn’t great, but I’ve always loved JLH. She’s a great role model for a curvy body and a great personality. Still looks great!
i’ll repeat- what is she wearing?! just uugh. she reminds me of katie holmes-pretty, wholesome tv girl with an eh body. Could you imagine if Tom Cruise had picked JLH instead?
@Faint – you’re exactly right. You can always tell the celebrities who diet down to too thin for their body type; that’s why they keep bouncing back. I think she was much thinner in the “I know what you did…” movies because she was younger
Just not a good dress choice, but I think she looks great and very healthy!
She never gains in her face and maintains beautiful cheek bones and jaw line at a higher weight, a rarity for most women. I think when you’re that pretty it doesn’t matter about body. Like Jessica Simpson. And everyone criticizes JLH for being fat, but if she wasn’t a celebrity no one would ever refer to her as fat, just normal.
She looks cute, but the eyeliner is too heavy for the day, the hem on the dress is bad and WHY ARE HER BRA STRAPS SHOWING. Can’t a celebrity get an appropriate fitting bra or at least on of those devices that keeps the straps in place. Crass

yes she has packed on a ton but i like her anyways so who cares.
i wonder how much she eats… i mean she might have quite a big appetite, so really she’s not naturally this big any more than kate moss is naturally that thin. But she COULD be a serious endomorph. But who knows. her body just looks like she likes a dessert after every meal.

I’m glad that a lot of commenters say she looks like she put some weight back on but it doesn’t take away from her prettiness. (Is that a word?) Also, I don’t get how people can say she has cankles – yes, she has big calves, but her ankles are visibly thinner than her calves, so obviously no cankles.
And anyway, if someone has cankles there’s nothing they can do about them, one either has slim ankles or not. Just thought I’d throw that out there.

I think she look really nice, like a real woman. Wow, that’s respectable! A rarity these days with most celebs looking like prepubescent girls. If I was a guy I would totally dig this.
Hmm, she’s not looking her best. She might have gained but I doubt it’s much, her lower legs always have a “thick” shape. I looked at pics of her from like 5 posts back, and she’s wearing a skin-tight dress but her lower legs are pretty much the same. Her waist looks tiny and she’s very pretty.

Dig her style and she looks good….healthy. NOT fat at all. No, she doesn’t have twigs for legs and they look lovely.
we need to create new sub categories of different cankle types. i thought if you had ankles, as JLH does then you wouldn’t have cankles. she does have very short ankles though- they just go from thinnest point almost straight out to the widest point of her calves.
so forget body shapes, lets have leg shapes. i call hers an inverted strawberry. mine are peapod(in out, in out) and most models are sweet peppers, all long and knobbly.
i think she probably has gained some weight – but still looks gorgeous. That dress is totally wrong for her, rather unflattering. And the shoes do not fit. She has a lovely body, she should go with a style that suits her, not what her stylist thinks would get her fashion points.
That dress is doing her no favors. She needs to have the hem taken up and the waist cinched in more. It’s too blouse-y and sacklike and the hem hitting her at her calves makes her look dumpy when she’s not.
The dress is a horrible fit so it’s really hard to say if she’s gained. But even if she has she’s so pretty and she does have a curvy body so she looks good always.

She reminds me so much of Katie Holmes in that she simply has no idea how to dress for her shape.. It’s really sad, they’re both soo pretty and have such cute- albeit pear shaped- bodies. Why celebrities can’t hire a stylist is beyond me. I mean seriously, what the fuck is that dress?

She looks great. And I think the dress is totally right for her. She’s a pear so she makes sure to emphasize her small waist and her small shoulders while her thighs are nicely covered up. Fabulous dress choice and she looks ever so pretty.

she’s pretty–but i actually think she is a litttle on the chubby/soft side, but she still looks pretty good because she is so short/small framed that it isn’t very obvious.
but if someone taller/with bigger bone structure had that much fat on their body, everyone would call them chubby.
