    Wow, this is a whole new look for Katy, classy and elegant! I don’t have a problem with her usual look though, it’s so colorful and whimsical and goes with her persona. I like the pops of color inher hair.

    I’m not a big fan of her, but I have to admit she looks fantastic here. I like the outfit, too. “Old lady” or not, she looks great in it. Only the hem of the skirt makes it look a bit nightgownish… .

    Well, I personally think she looks gorgeous, she is tiny and very pretty, and she has a very nice body. I think the outfit works, and she looks classy and elegant. I way prefer how she looks here to those (sorry but) skanky looking dresses that she wears all the time. While she does have a fabulous body I don’t think she should be wearing those uber revealing dresses that do her no favors all the time, they make her look trashy, so obviously I love how she is looking here. =)

    I don’t like that the top is dark blue while the top of the skirt is black but otherwise I’d think the outfit works on her. And with such a polished look she HAS to wear a bit of make-up (to whoever was complaining about that).

    Is this her attempt at trying to look parisian? Ugh – she fails really bad. I hate when americans try to adopt what they think is a parisian look just coz they are visiting paris, it always looks really bad.

    Btw katy has a really unattractive face with no definiton to her cheekbones just really flat, and her face is always covered in insane amounts of makeup. I guess thats actually her biggest fail on trying to pull off the continental look! ha

    I don’t listen to her music, but I think she’s gorgeous and has one of the best bodies out there. IMO, I think this outfit is great on her. she looks very elegant!

    IMHO, shes definately chanelling the Paris vibe…if anyone here watches fashion tv they would know she is actually on top of whats “in” this season. i think she looks sophisticated and slender.

    Too. Much. Makeup. I really wish she’d lay off the war paint. There’s a difference between using makeup to enhance your look and piling it on so thick it obscures your face. She’s said she doesn’t feel pretty without it but her gym face with a bit of eyeliner would be far better then this. If she’s 5′6″ I’d put her at about 120ish. She slim but not skinny (and I’m considering her weight fluctuations and curves.)

    Body is fine. eh. I think I would like her more and my perception of her would change for me if she wasn’t such an annoying pop singer. her voice is so bad. maybe if she was an actress, I would see her in a better/ different light. But she just comes across as eh….

    She is the sort of Celebrity that your a fan of but if you were to actually meet them you would be seriously disapointed because shes not actually nice at all.And shes seriously judgemental and extreamely stuck up her owm bum.Oh and the colors in her hair couldnt possibly be more dated and shes too old for them.Not that shes old but nobody over 16 should wear colors in their hair imo.

    There is something very wrong with this picture. I should be in it and not her, because I was born to walk through Paris. That being said, she looks more elegant than usual. Except for that dolly make-up. When you are this young you don’t need all those bells and whistles. Less is definitely more.

    beautiful face w or w out makeup(I kinda like the over the top makeup sometimes, guess its cuz Im a makeup artist, lol), good body silhouette but it always looks untoned in bikini pics for some reason? Clearly I would like to admire this woman, but her show off, better then the rest attitude, and her rude comments towards other pop singers is poor and very judgmental. So her image is ruined for me by her terrible personality. And Russell Brand? He’s damn funny, but he looks like a Billy Bob manerexic and isnt he a coke head? ewww…

    I don’t know how I feel about the outfit but it might be high fashion and I’m more of a jeans girl. Her body looking awesome but she’s wearing way way too much makeup. She’s probably one of those celebrities that will age in reverse because they learn to let up on the war paint.

    Not loving the dress—I think the bottom looks like a slip and the top makes her shoulders look very broad. But I do like the fact it’s longer, and a nice change from those terrible plastic dresses she wears.
