I think she looks good.she seems petite to me. maybe 5′4 120-125ish now that she put on some weight.Looks better and healthy. i still think her boobs are too big.
Oh My God! I’m the same height and weight 5′2 105 lbs. and a DD. I can’t imagine why anyone would do that to themselves. She can’t even find a bra type to fit. she must be pained. a little cellulite in her bootie but she still looks good. It would be nice if she went down a few cup sizes though.

I think she looks cute without much makeup on, but her hair would look so much better if it was a more natural color (dark blonde w/ highlights). She is still cute despite the surgery, but her overall look is too trashy, in my opinion. I hope she matures and tones it down a bit. Just a few changes would make her look great.

The body I can’t take seriously. On one hand, yeah, she looks hot in a pin-up way. (Although that rump from behind just looks weird.) But it’s so obviously artificial that I can’t help but feel like I’m complimenting the by-products she’s made of rather than her.

whats up with her nose? Is it falling off? I saw some other pics of her on Hollywood tuna and it has what looks like a band aid or something on it. I can see it here but not as good as the other pics. On another note I think shes still pretty and I hope she stops with the plastic surgery before its too late!

Heidi looks great! I love the extra few pounds on her. Isn’t she still a G and she’s going to go for a breast reduction to a DD? Maybe that’s why she has photographers shooting her “before candids” on the beach. Her face does look less plastic than before. She looks GORGEOUS without makeup.

@Down with huh: I voted huh, because Heidi Montag had so much plastic surgery done, I can’t just give her an “attractive” or an “awful”. I feel sorry for her that she doesn’t feel good the way she is. If she was born this was, with the huge boobs and the badonkadonk, and she was a bit more balanced out, I would find her hugely attractive, now I just wonder where her scars are.

I’ve always loved Heidi… she was fun and full of personality when the Hills first started. Then she did the boobs… which was fine. But after all the crazy surgery she seemed to lose her adorable personality and looks. She’s looking better, less fake and becoming slowly more natural, but she needs to remove those implants. Her first round was fine. Go back there, Heidi! Please! She was so cute before!

EEEhhh!!! I think she looks more normal in the face, but she ruined her cute body. That butt looks like a mess–2 creases, cellulite and untoned. Self tanner would really help. Her boobs are just absurd. She needs to have a C cup at the most for her frame.

One thing I do know is that if you have a petite figure and you get implants (anything bigger than a D cup), your body naturally fills out to support that extra boob weight. I have worked with many young ladies who got implants and were totally freaked out when they gained weight in the butt and hips. I wish more plastic surgeons would tell their clients that the bigger the implants they get… the larger their ass will get.

That’s the AFTER the surgery???? nothing is spectacular here. The boobs are ridiculous, the legs – flabby, the butt and the stomach are ok, but not more than that, the arms are soft, and the face is outright scary.

Body doesn’t really even require any comment, nothing can make those boobs look less ridiculous. I think her face looks a lot better than it usually does, maybe the weight helped it look less awful or it’s just the lack of makeup… But at least she doesn’t look 40, as she usually does.

I think I recall reading somewhere that she had a hard time exercising with her implants, and that it was a shame because she really enjoyed it.
Unfortunately, it looks like she is exercising less (imaging RUNNING with those things?). She also looks lost and sad. The best thing she could do is escape Hollyweird and re-center herself.
I feel badly for her. I feel like in the beginning, both she and Spencer were media whores, but when she started growing out of it Spencer kept pulling her back in. It’s been said… her face seems to have changed back. I mean after the operation, she looked unrecognizable, but now… she looks like her old (maybe not too old) self… I think she relies on plastic surgery to look fit, and she doesn’t work out at all, even if she’s said she does. in a few months, or a year or so, she’ll have another lipo… cause that’s her idea of a work out..
