I honestly don’t know why this post has a “curvy” tag– she is nowhere near curvy. I think its just her outfit that might give her the appearance of being a little bit heavier but micha has never really had “curves”, even when she did put on some weight. I really don’t like her outfit, but i think she may have lost some weight recently. honestly i liked her best in her OC days– i know she was very thin but for her body type it really suited her. hopefully she is healthy!

This oufit is actually kind of cute on her..She looks much better and I think she might have lost a few pounds.
She is eccentric. She wears all kinds of weird outfits. She has lost a lot of the weight she gained. She is still capable of dressing up and looking gorgeous.

Those shoes were fashionable in the 90s for people over 40. What the heck is she thinking when she gets dressed in the morning? She looks like she lost some weight, especially noticeable in the face, but seriously I just wish I could see one cute outfit on her.

She goes to London alot, or has a flat here, so I think she’s inspired by British fashion quite alot. Those pants and tweed are really in here at the moment… kind of heritage, country style. That being said, you should dress for your body type, not for fashion and as Mischa is pear shaped those pants are not for her…
Think that Mischa looks fairly good/decent here. The outfit is okay. She’s been seen wearing worse outfits previously. This outfit is not all that bad in comparison. I, too, think she has lost weight (and still may be losing?)? She looks better weight-wise and just overall looks a bit more healthy than in past previous posts. Liked her in her O.C. days & she was quite (nearly rail) thin but she was still in her teens (17 or 18) at that time. She is now 24 and she has abused her body with over eating, drugs, alcohol, etc. It’s harder to bounce back at 24 than it is at 17 or 18 when your body is more forgiving.

ditto, bettycookie. these pants are really JUST for woman with small hips and thighs. i actually like them a lot on people who can pull them off. i don’t get why she’s constantly dressing like that. thats why i don’t really have sympathy for her when there are new reports about her cellutite or her big thighs. girl’s asking for it!
but on a positive note, she looks really good til the waist (minus the hair…).
I think she looks fabulous! She actually has style, which it seems in America, more specifically LA is a very rare thing. I’m glad she appreciates individual style and is clearly not bothered by petty press.
I like her style here, but the pants aren’t fitting her right, or are just generally an unflattering design, bc of the way they easily fold into a camel toe and slouch in the tummy / hip area. Her clothes are cooky to say the least, but to compare them to the OC.. She was 20 when she left the show, her body is bound to change, and her style too, she was a teen. And in the actual show, obv. she didn’t choose her wardrobe, it was her characters style not hers.
@bettycookie: Tweed is in but not necessarily in a style like this. I live in London and let me tell you, nobody walks around like that. While the style of the sloane ranger has come back, Mischa’s outfit screams leftovers from the 1980s and not in a good way!

I actaully like that outfit. It’s ver 80’s When Harry Met Sally. I just think it would look better on a much skinnier person. Those pants can really only be pulled off on someone who’s a size 2 and has no real hips to speak of.
@Elenne: yes she is British. I think she’s originally from either Manchester or London and moved to the states when she was about 7 or 8 years old.
I like the outfit minus the jacket and shoes…but i dont think its something that suits her body type. Nice idea, but not on Mischa.
Wow… her style gets worse every time I see pictures of her. Its blows my mind that she could possibly look in the mirror and think that she looks good. I’m sorry, but that is the most unflattering, hideous outfit I have ever seen. Such a shame, I just don’t think she will ever get her career back. She had one hit show, and then what?
just so you know that’s not how all British people dress! it is a stylised version. the whole outfit looks like it could have come out of “Zara” (uk and europe shop) all those cuts and colours have been in there for weeks, I like it but that shape of trouser would look better on someone wearing heels with narrower hips.

I am not sure what this has to do with Mischa, but the more I hear her criticized, the more I wish there was a photo from yesterday of Paris Hilton’s rear-end and thighs view for comparison. Women have less than elegant moments.

I think Mischa looks better than she has been looking, to be honest. I really applaud her not punching that redhead with the camera in the face though, because that’s what I would have done. Paparazzi are awful. They should charge $2500 for a permit to do it- that would get rid of a lot of them. It’s one thing to have a real photographer follow you- it’s another to have some basic low life with a camera.

I had clothes like that in HS. I graduated in 91. Now I am a mom of 4 and avoid clothes like that like the plague. My mom does wear stuff like that….she is 61.

What concerns me most is the lack of concern exhibited by all the people around her. It is bad enough to have your car break down while you are en route somewhere, which is very stressful. But on top of it, she has all these people brandishing their cameras in her face. The lady in black in the first two photos is so obtrusively close, I would have slapped that camera right out of her hands if I were Mischa. Poor girl.

I can’t believe how many people are negative about her style. Fashion is so personal, you can’t really judge someone on what they think look good. I agree she doesn’t always make the most flattering choices concerning her outfits but it’s unnecessary to make mean comments about it.
That being said; I think she’s lost a little weight and looks good, she doesn’t have to be skinny like her OC days to be beautiful, it would be unnatural to maintain that weight.

I can’t help it. I hate high waisted jeans on a pear shaped body. It’s looks horrible! A girl on my class sometimes wears like this and it just bring out all the bad in her body, although she’s a very pretty girl!

As for Mischa… I feel bad for her for having to deal with a-holes like those but it must be said that her outfit is ugly. She probably has a nice body somewhere under all that fuglyness but no-one will see it before she starts dressing right for her body type. Her current style might work on the super-skinny stick-like bodies but it doesn’t work on anyone else, especially not on Mischa’s pear-shape. There’s no need for her to actually loose weight. By dressing right she’ll appear to have lost 10-15 pounds. Someone get her a stylist for Christmas.

I long to see her with a honey tan, beachy blonde hair, light make up and a beautiful dress. She has the basics but just doesn’t know (or doesn’t care) how to make the best of herself any more. It’s a waste of beauty and such a shame.
