Kate is looking terribly thin to me. (Especially with her protrucing hip bones)! Perhaps just like a teeny tiny bit less skeletal than last year or a couple years back when she was emaciated. She seems to go from emaciated/skeletal to waaay toooo thin!

I’m glad to see that the majority of people do not consider this is a perfect body. She is almost unbelievably thin. It may be natural for her body type – I don’t know her, so I can’t say. To me, she looks gorgeous, elegant, and much too thin.
I don’t get how in some pics she looks perfectly healthy to me and in others – like these – she’s looking soo thin. Maybe she’s fluctuating quite a bit or it’s the clothes.

Gross, this body is in no way appealing. Way too thin and looks totally unhealthy. The sad thing is she has a pretty face and she ruins it with her body. I don’t know why people are saying she looks like a twelve year old. Twelve year olds look thin but healthy. She looks like a 90 year old.

painfully skinny =( not a good look on anyone. and at that weight she will be needing boatfuls of botox in her face soon to plump up the deep lines that are sure to come due to her body not having enough body fat to fill in the lines naturally.
how can anyone think that looks good? can you imagine how painful it would be to see someone her size in real life? her body in blue crush was amazing, she was very lean but ripped, powerful and beautiful. i think 15 lbs minimum on her frame would do her well, and she would still be considered very thin.
i like her body, not going to lie. i think both of those outfits are just horrible choices. she’s going to be in a movie looking like that? clothing in movies should not highlight bones that way, i think it is hard to look at for some people. she would look fantastic in a sweater and fitting pants or a skirt. dresses are very hard to wear for super thin people i think.
It’s so funny, some girls featured on this site are just as skinny as Kate is and you guys can’t stop drooling all over them!!! The only different is that Kate doesn’t have silicon (thank god) and her body shape is maybe a little bit less “curvy” (her waist is not that small in comparison with her hips and upper body, she has kind of a “straight” shape) SO, because of this, she looks so much thinner than girls like, Cheryl Cole for example! She is TINY, but she has fake boobs and a little more curvy bone/body structure… these things can really fool people… but personally I LOVE Kate! Such an inspiration, so beautiful and adorable!!!:)

I agree with Enya about kate shape. Angelina Jolie is very thin, with fake boobs and no one says anything. Angie body isn’t natural, too be that thin with boobs.She’s not fooling anyone.

I think she had a really bad problem with an eating disorder, but is working on it. recovery is a life long process and for now i think she looks so much healthier. her face used to be so tight over her bones and now it looks beautiful and her chest bones aren’t as obvious anymore…ok no that you can tell in that dress, but i’m happy for her.
