she has a lot of botox shot into her face, plus a brow lift and possibly a face lift. which is why her face looks better than usual, but her body is still emaciated.

Her face looks completely different, her naso labial lines have completely vanished. If she is pregnant she should not have any botox or fillers, but maybe it´s the pregnancy that makes her look so different.

I think the reason she looks so much better is that she has gained a small amount of weight from the pregnancy. She is very tiny and it is amazing what just a little bit of extra weight will do to make your face look younger.

i am so excited for her that she’s pregnant! But honestly I think she became pregnant because Roger wanted to have kids. They will prolly only have one too because I just don’t see her as the “mom” type of person. She loves her job and there is nothing wrong with that! She’s always been skinny but that doesn’t make her a bad person! I think she looks great!

I think she looks fabulous. She’s a bit silly and overly dramatic as a person, and though i respect a person who puts actual effort to their work and is passionate about it, i find it quite funny how incredibly seriously she takes STYLING of all things. And how she’s always so busy and important and yada yada. Not trying to belittle her and the stress she goes through but just a teeny-weeny bit of sense of proportion wouldn’t hurt. I love the dress. And the shoes. If it were anyone else i wouldn’t suspect pregnancy at all, but there seems to be a tiny bump there, and she’s so skinny there’s no way she has any kind of tummy otherwise. I might be she’s just gained though, or that it’s the fabric folding like that, but i do think based on these pics the pregnancy thing is believable.
Whatever she did to her face was a good-call, as it looks much better and younger.
I cannot imagine that she’s pregnant. That rumour has been circulating for months, which would put her in her second trimester. There’s not an ounce of fat on her, and her hipbones are still jutting out.
How can she be pregnant when she must be under 100 lbs? I thought when you were that skinny you stop getting your period… a woman that thin cannot possibly be healthy. Poor baby…

It’s interesting that now that she’s had some [good] plastic surgery everyone seems to like her.
a) if you are going to starve yourself to be that thin, why drape a black sheet-like dress on yourself?
b) if she IS pregnant, it’s so sad to think that she chooses her own vanity over the baby’s health. she clearly isn’t eating enough to support a healthy baby.

I think its not responsible to get pregnant when you are not well. And cleary she ist not. Somebody who chooses to look like a skeleton in a bikini must have some kind of mental problems. I think its such a shame because she would look good with the right amount of body fat.

I’m surprised a woman that skinny can actually get pregnant. I read somewhere that a minimum of 15% body fat is needed to get pregant… She must be like 3% body fat!
The up-do is her friend – it makes her look so much younger, fresher and prettier. Body-wise she’s as skinny as ever though. A slight weight gain would benefit her weight-wise and looks-wise.

She must be pregnant via insemination or something. There’s no way Rachel gets her period, she’s all bones. She has such a beauiful face though.

I see very different looking than before and beautiful, but I don’t see pregnant… that could be wrong though. You cannot, however, get pregnant from insemination, if you are not producing eggs anyway, and my guess is that her body stopped doing that a long time ago.

She is totally pregnant. Her face and boobs have filled out and she has a baby bump. The pregnancy hormones are doing wonders for her. I wish she would keep at this weight after she gives birth.

You can get pregnant when you’re that thin, it just takes a doctor and a lot of money spent on fertility treatments.

I had read/heard that Rachael is 4 to 5 months along (closer to 5 months)! She had been doing IVF according to “alleged” sources. She is waaay toooo thin to carry a baby unless she does better with eating for her health & that of her unborn child! She is not looking good/healthy for someone who is 5 months along. I hope she does not endanger her baby! She is way to “self-focused”! (so that she does not gain an extra ounce!) (IMHO)
I’m sure she has had work on her face in the past but with being as tiny as she, getting pregnant will fill out her face a bit which I think what is going on (happened to Nicole). She is really thin and I do hope she is taking care of herself. Perhaps having a baby will motivate her to keep a bit of weight on like Nicole did

Every time I see pictures of her she’s like a walking billboard of living proof that skinny isn’t always flattering.
And I always feel like that’s the opposite of what she’s aiming for.
I guess – some secret Hollywood procedure notwithstanding – being under or in the vicinity of 100lbs doesn’t affect your ability to get pregnant the way doctors seem to suggest it does. Seems like the skinniest celebrities have had no problem getting pregnant.

She is sporting a bump in the third picture, it’s hard to see with the dress. I would say, while still very thin, she’s actually gained a few pounds. Her arms don’t look quite as insane and a lot went straight to her face. She looks much better because of it. That girl should always maintain an extra few lbs, it takes about 10 years off her.
This is more worrisome than when Nicole Richie got pregnant for the first time. Really hope she gains weight and the baby makes it, cause she looks frail. Her face does looks better though.

I don’t believe for a second that she’s pregnant. There is no way she could possibly be.
My husband & I have been trying to get pregnant w/ our first child since Dec 2009. I’m also 39, healthy, & weigh more than a small child. There is just no way RZ got pregnant in such a relatively short time w/o fertility assistance. And if she did, well then she’s healthier than she looks!
It’s still beyond me why anyone would take fashion advice from her. She does look like a scarecrow quite often. She also looks pregnant here but it’s not healthy for the baby to be that skinny. She obviously is not build to be that skinny.

anyway. i saw the baby bump too and i was excited. i like zoe she can laugh at herself and that’s what counts. i hope she succeeds as a mom like she has in her fashion career.

Rather than botox, I would guess that the reason why her face looks better and is less gaunt and line-y is because she’s been eating more (relatively, of course) and has become healthier for her baby
she is a bit healthier now, I think the dress makes her thinner, look at the leg, it looks normal to me and not scary skinny.

she looks great because she is eating due to being pregnant. She is the weight she is meant to be and looks like 10 times prettier now. It is a huge difference. I wish she would look in the mirror and see how much younger and prettier she is now. I actually think she is pretty now. Before she looked like an old Palm Beach x-ray.
