   she actually looks cute in the first pic, goes downhill quickly after than one! yes, my gosh, the CHIN!!! the extreme weight loss, the extremely short hair= not good on her face/features…also i’m not a fan of huge flares paired with flats, i think bell bottoms need a high heel….she looks so much older than her years too…her posture is sooooo bad too….kinda sad…

   I think her haircut is adorable. I admire any hollywood female who dares to not wear horrible raggedy extentions. That being said, I think the color is wrong for her. I liked her as a redhead.

   Oh my gosh, she looks so pretty and I LOVE the chanel earrings. I sort of like the oufit even though Im not a big fan of those jeans..but she makes it kind of work.

    Ashlee is looking veeeeeeeeeeeeeery thin…I agree. She must be around 100 lbs or several lbs under that (100 lbs)! She is intentionally trying to lose even more weight in an interwiew she just recently gave!!! She has amped up her workouts plus is eating 800 or less calories/day (as she was quoted)! Like the haircut (for change)..but with her extreme weight loss, it is NOT as flattering on her as it would be if had a few more lbs on her frame! The extremely thin, thin, thin body/frame accenuates her longer angular face (as well as her chin implant!)! Girl needs to put on 8 or 10 lbs at least (IMHO!)!

    I really don’t like her hair. A lot of people said Jessica Alba’s hair was aging in the last post of her, but I think this is much more aging. I don’t really like her style either. That brief phase of tighter all black outfits was better.

    I actually think she looks cute with this look. I like how ADD she seems about her hair, as she never quite keeps it a certain style for very long. Her outfit isn’t anything special, but she’s pretty skinny so she could probably wear just about anything.

    Awful posture, even worse haircut and color. Short haircuts are brave and beautiful on some women, but she is not one of them. She needs at least shoulder length…and, she needs to go back red to warm up her skin. She looks sallow and deathly with this hair color.

    The hair cut is not cute one her, the roots are icky. She looks best with her long blonde hair. The outfit is also not cute. Usually I love Ashley’s style. Her body looks great though. Good for her to have kept herself so slim for quite a while now.

    She looks cute. Her style rocks. Yes she is very thin, but she as admitted to struggling with an eating disorder.

    Please women, we need to stop puting one another down and embrace our differences!!!!!!! Tell another woman she looks “hot” today and see their face light up.

    These negative comments is what makes us all have such low self-esteem and body image disorders! When I go out and I’m rockin’ a cute outfit or I think I look good, I am instantly knocked down a few pegs with all the stares and glares from women. I wish we would all embrace one another, compliment and embrace our differences that make us who we are.

    Well first off, that haircut ages her by at least 10 years, and her outfit isn’t coordinated. The jeans are really ugly, the jacket doesn’t fit well with them, and her earings, regardless if they are Chanel, are horribly tacky.

    I like the pixie cut, when it’s washed. And I like everything here except for the jeans, and maybe the heavyhandedness with the eyemakeup. Love the t-strap flats. Ashlee has better taste than her sister.

    I love her new hair and I think the cut and the color suits her beautifully! The hair alone makes her look cute, chic, and fabulous. Her earrings and coat are fashionable as well, and the complement her hair quite nicely. The rest of her outfit leaves a little to be desired, but other than that I respect her choice to take a risk, and be a leader in the fashion world.

    Uh, is it just me, or do her eyes look weird to anyone else? Like everyone said, she looks like she’s trying to mirror Twiggy. I used to like her during her debut album period, but then she became boring and stopped producing music. Her figure’s good, but too skinny at times. Can’t see that from these pictures, but I really think that coat does NOT match those jeans. If you’re going to go loose and baggy on top, go for tapered and slim-cut below. That’s common knowledge.

    Eeh… am I the only one to think her hair is ugly, her jeans are ugly, her “smile” is ugly, actually her entire outfit is ugly and she seems to be the first woman/girl I’ve ever seen who can’t pull off a size zero. (I have anorexia and she really is the first one I think should look better with a little more meat on her). Her face would look much cuter if it was a bit more round.

    Why is she blatantly ripping off an Edie Sedgewick/Twiggy style? I’m all for getting inspiration and idea’s from the ast etc, but, Ashlee simpson does these ‘reincarnations’ of herself, (the was the bratty punk-popster, the sipposedly sophiticated and sleek look, the dirty indie/grunge look etc) and, it just comes off… awfully. She takes it too far, almost like a stereo type of a character and style and she ends up looking like she’s wearing a a novelty fancy dress costume. Like if i saw these pictures anywhere else id think she was either attending a party or doing a film role. She has lost weight, but, lets face it, if she wasnt constantly being speculated for her weight (no doubt purposefully gaining a few, losing a few more than that, gaining again etc) woud anyone care who she is right now? would she the oxygen of publicity? I mean its great she’s being a mom and probably a good one at that, but, really?! i just liked her more when she had a bit more… energy and personality about her.

    Oh dear. She is recovering from anorexia, is she not? And someone said that she is deliberately trying to lose weight? I hope she has folks in her life that are keeping an eye on her! Diets in recovery never end well
