It’s funny because when I look at her photo’s and then Christina’s, women will say Denise looks better and men will say Christina looks better (straight men).
She’s late 30s, I think. She looks great. I love her hair and think she’s a great weight, but hopefully she doesn’t lose anymore. She should stay right where she is, although she’s one of those pretties who can carry a little extra weight and still look great.
She looks sickly. She should fill out more so she can have bigger breasts and produce more estrogen – this will make her more attractive to men.

@ Lily, you’re wrong. I showed my husband the photos, asked him who had the better body/which one he preferred more, and he said Denise Richards’s. This from a man who FREQUENTLY comments on how unattractive ‘too skinny’ women are.

Think that Denise looks GREAT! I hadn’t realized how much weight she has lost! It’s been awhile since I’d last seen any pictures of her. She is border-line too thin, though & DEFINITELY should NOT go any lower. I am also digging her new darker hair color!
She really looks younger than 39, nearly 40! She certainly looks much better (even though thin) than Kelly Ripa who is waaaay too thin. O.T….however, Ripa has a femur (at the neck)stress fracture of her right hip and is NOT ALLOWED to exercise for 3 to 6 weeks. She’s been hobbling around on crutches since Dec 6th. Her doctor told her that she had over worked her EXTREME exercising! Perhaps she’ll add 4 or 5 lbs during her time-out from any exercise! She’s 40 & she better be careful NOT to return to her extreme “exercise bulimia” (that’s what I’d call it) even when she’s allowed to slowly go back to exercise!

Wow, a 39-year-old looking like a girl, and by the looks of it she’s all natural. That’s a rare commodity in LaLaland. Oh, and Lily, I would suspect any straight guy choosing Aguilera over Richards to secretly have a thing for drag queens. Comparing these women is like comparing apples to pears. If you had thrown in Jessica Simpson, the stakes could have turned out differently.

Ali-At 5′6″, I would guess that she is between 115-120. She has thighs and a bit of a lower belly, she is not all bones like the old Sophie Monk pics. Even in the pic where she is pointing to something you can see that she has meat on her upper arm. I think she has a low BMI, but normal.
I would put her a lot lower. Maybe 110 max. :/ Even with 115-120 her BMI is 18.5-19.5 which many doctors see as underweight.
i have always been a denise fan…okay so she isn’t the best actress she is flippin beautiful!!!!! i used to love her with dark hair from wild things and valentine…..but then i got used to the blonde hair…honestly she could be bald and look insanely hot! Her body was also always slender people seem to be going crazy omg she looks so good here thin…..last time i checked her body was always awesome! I have a college degree that entails taking lots of biology classes and I can say for a fact that none of this is true. You are taking hearsay, combined with misinformed biology and jumping to conclusions.
1) Most men prefer a woman of an average size (not average in reality, but average in terms of healthy weights). A US size large for most women is not healthy and does entail carrying extra weight.
2) Wrong, most women with excessive body weight produce less estrogen and are infertile compared to woman of normal weight. It is true you need a certain amount of body fat to produce estrogen. However, just because you have more doesn’t mean you produce more estrogen. That’s like saying pouring a whole bottle of shampoo on your head cleans your hair better than what you would normally use.
3) The concept of women with WHR of 0.7 being associated with higher estrogen production is misleading. That fact was brought up by historians and anthropologists, not biologists. The only reason why women with a 0.7 WHR are associated with higher estrogen production is because children don’t have hips, and don’t produce estrogen. So basically, any trait that you would see past puberty (such as widening of the hips) will be associated with increased estrogen production. Women who have rectangle or apple shaped bodies produce estrogen in the same amounts as their hourglass counterparts.
4) Lie. Any neurologist will tell you men’s pleasure centers light up looking at ANY (and I mean ANY) naked woman…including those grossy underweight or overweight.
For someone who allegedly has a degree from Duke you seem to not have learned much there, possibly due to the fact that you went in thinking you know everything and missed out opportunities to learn by being stubborn.

I am 5′7″ and weigh 160lbs and hardly ever get looked at by men. 4 years ago I weighed 115lbs and stopped traffic at times- litterally. I got hit on ALL THE TIME. I don’t care what science says, the vast majority of men (especially white men) like thin women (perferrably thin with boobs and a butt).
Anyway, I rarely like blonde hair, but I thought Denise looked better blonde. Although, I must say that I think this is due to the fact that it’s just been processed and is a weird shade. I think when it looks natural and is healthy again it’s going to look great. Denise is hot!
