Portia is still pretty thin…last picture she looks like an older Paris H., anyhow, they could both stand to dress a little better and at their age make up makes a big difference, it’s ok ladies, a little primping won’t kill you or the image you are trying so hard to create…

Why can’t celebrities go through life’s struggles without writing a tell-all book about it? Anyways, never been overly impressed with De Rossi’s looks. In any scandinavian country the streets runneth over with her look-alikes. She and De Generes do make a cute couple, though. And by the looks of it a happy one too.
She looks great (in fact they both do) if that is what it looks like at the other side of eating disorders – then I still have hope.

Agree with the first comment- Ellen looks more pulled together than Portia MOST of the time:)
However, I love them as a couple, and I love the Portia is still thin but eating again. Not being anorexic doesn’t mean you have to be pudgy. There is a middle ground, and I hope all the girls out there who struggle with this issue can see her as a role model.

trust me, veganism does not make you lose tons of weight. if you want to, you can eat cupcakes, pie, milkshakes, and whatever else.. just substitute a few ingredients and youre good to go… as a vegan, i am definitely not starved.

Think that Portia looks great!! Thin but but too skinny. She seems to have found her right balance of eating (whether it’s being vegan or whatever). Think that Ellen looks good as well. Ellen looks so young, fresh-faced.

Portia is still thin, but healthy looking. Because she is vegan, she seems to be eating really healthy, while working out (judging by those amazingly stellar arms she’s sporting!!).

@k vegan means you don’t eat any animal products, so milkshakes aren’t included, unless you’re using nut milks or the like. i believe you’re confusing veganism with vegetarianism.
i do agree though, that being a vegan or a vegetarian is not a ticket to being skinny. i speak from experience as i was a vegan for 8 years, then 12 years ago, i started eating animal products again… meat, eggs, milk, butter etc. and it’s much easier maintaining my thinness now…. not to mention way more enjoyable.
i don’t think portia is doing herself any favors, weight-wise eating the way she does. she says in her book that her weight always settles at 130 and that’s what she appears to be now. i don’t think she’s fat, but she complains about weighing 130 in her book. i’m the same height and i weigh 10 pounds less, and i’m 9 years older than she is. i haven’t found it to be true that it’s harder to maintain my weight the older i get, as long as i don’t eat a lot of carbs. many vegetarians eat way too many carbs.
They both look great–not too contrived and like they’re not afraid to smile. Many celebs should take a page from their book.
Honestly, I used to find portia kind of irritating. After reading her book, I kind of adore her. She seems really sincere and like someone I’d love to have a couple drinks and hang out with–making these photos much more enjoyable.
peek-a-boo – Of course shes going to complain about her weight at 130, she has an ED and used to weigh 80 pounds. That does not mean she should lose weight. Because that would not make her happy and will make her sick. If her body settles at 130 and shes healthy, than thats her healthy weight. It’s still quite on the low side anyways. Most people would be unwell at her height and 120lbs.
Portia’s really thin … I can understand it would be hard to gain weight, with her past and everything, but if she got some help with it, she would look great
