what’s wrong with working out on your birthday??? on my birthday, i do things for myself, including working out, pedicure, massage, hot tub, etc. . .then the visiting with friends makes it’s way into the equation at some point.

what’s wrong with working out on your birthday?? on my birthday it’s all about me: that includes WORKING OUT, along with massage, hot tub, pedicure etc. then friends begin to enter the picture later.
Morticia…was thinking the same thing. Tribeca is now in L.A.?? I could swear Tribeca is in New York/NYC)..or near NYC b/c that is the exact same place that (O.T.) Kelly Ripa does her “Soul Cycle” workout 5 times weekly (in additon to Kelly’s daily workouts at Physique 57 and also her gym work and doing treadmill,etc, jogging in Central Park). This Soul Cycle is a much, much more strenuous/rigorous form over & above regular Spinning Classes & runs for 90 minutes (and Kelly often does 2 classes of Soul Cycle “back-to-back”). Kelly showed how strenous Soul Cycle is (as opposed to regular spinning) when they were doing Fitness Fridays (on “Live Show”) back in late spring/early summer of 2010! NOW, Kelly is on ‘hip crutches’ (since Dec 6th) due to a SEVERE stress fracture at the femeral neck of her right hip! (HER DOCTOR told her she had over exercised b/c she was in a lot of pain & still exercising & had done a lot of damage to her right hip…per her “MRI”!)Since she will be on crutches for some time…these hip crutches are shorter and she uses her arms/wrists to support herself. The crutches that come up to the armpits are NOT desireable for someone who must be on crutches for several weeks.(Like 3 to 6 weeks) & I bet that Kelly will have to remain on her crutches for the duration for the 6 weeks! Maybe she will add 4 or 5 lbs to her waaay too thin frame while she is forbidden to exercise!
Man, the last thing I EVER want to do on my birthday is workout!!
Okay, for some who just worked out, she looks good, even her hair. Sad when she looks a hot mess during the day but not when she sweats and works out like a fiend…and on her b-day no less. Jeez Tom, cut the wifey a little break.
Im all for working out on my birthday (i always do).
But I’d have hoped on the night of her birthday Tom would have splashed out and taken her out for dinner.

@ nnn – i have what you may call ‘meaty’ legs (they’ve always been that way – try not to feel sorry for me, i’m good with it…)and i find that spinning helps lean them. so maybe girlfriend will be ok…(by ur standards).
She always has the strangest facial expressions…it’s like her face is melting.

Its nice if you like to work out on your birthday syrah, but as you said later on in the night you meet up with friends..and this picture is at night time so she probably should have gone out to a birthday dinner or something fun!
Here is my theory. Tom has had his sexuality questioned for many years now. When he first met Katie she was slender, but had some curves and was shaped like a woman. Now she wears her hair very short, no makeup, has added muscle to her arms and legs and honestly looks more manly than ever before. I certianly question this marriage.

@morticia: Suri may be Tom’s child but I doubt she was conceived in the normal way. At least Katie has only five or six years left of her contract, then she can divorce Tom. And I honestly hope she does and takes Suri with her.
She looks about as happy as I do when my mother-in-law is coming to stay.

@ matilda and others, i was joking!!! i don’t buy these two for a second…anyhow, he pretty much got the adopted kids from Nic, so what are the chances Katie will get Suri? It will be interesting to see how it plays out, and we all know it will…i doubt tom is Suri’s father at all (maybe this is Katie’s trump card??!!), i’m still thinking it’s Chris Klein…anyhow….what a strange duo…i doubt we will ever know the “truth” behind this pair…but god i LOVE to!!!!!!!! only Xenu knows for sure… :/

Great that she’s working out, and not everyone has a Barbie-esque body. I don’t consider hers to be enviable, but she at least makes an effort.
