She is just comical to me. I look at these pics and I LOL! Weightwise, she looks fine. She’s thin enough, but she doesn’t look to be in that great of shape as I would think she’d be more toned with all the performing she does.

@morticia you are very right in saying “laughing all the way to the bank” She obviously gets it when it comes to making money and profiting on a character. I think she is a genius, like I said, she gets it, regardless of how ridiculous you think she or her outfits are.
Getting a little on the skinny side now, but I doubt she’ll stop here. She looks to have lost a good 15lbs since those infamous ‘weight gain’ pics from October, I’m guessing she’s aiming for minimum 20lb loss. As she’s admitted to starving herself to be thin (unless of course she was joking), I can’t imagine this time around she lost the weight in a healthy manner.

I used to admire her creativity and her self-expression but not I can’t help not laughing at some of the things she wears. Although I do give her credit for going out in public like this, I’m growing tired of her constantly being the center of attention. I mean, showing up in an egg to the Grammys? Really? Well, anyway her body looks amazing…she’s obviously very thin and appears to be in good shape.

Very 80’s. I think she pulls it off. I look at celebs differently than non-celebs, for a “regular” person it would look ridiculous to be in their panties and bra, but on her, well for some reason i basically consentrate on the whole outfit, the look.. Not my favorite but i don’t completely hate it, maybe bc that style is what i wear quite often, if you’d just add some actual clothing in there!

I think she’s so tacky… I really don’t see the appeal. Her face is very much below average. She’s naturally a chubby girl, and although she works hard for her body – I still don’t find it to be knock-out quality.
She tries so hard to be different but it just gets more boring every time I see pictures of her.

Gaga is on the Drunk Diet. Her boyfriend talks about in his book of the same name. She could be fantastic looking, but she comes of very confused to me. Reminds of those girls in high school who bounced from style to style and group to group because they didn’t know who to be. I think she looks great weight-wise and even though I’m not a huge fan of her outfit here I do understand that she’s verrrrrry different and I know some days she’s said before that she wakes up and just doesn’t feel like putting on clothes…she’s very strange. Lady Gaga is not encouraging or empowering listeners to be themselves by wearing stupid clothes. That’s shallow. She is being a smart business woman by getting you to pay attention to you in a way that does not require any talent. I don’t know how you can say she is talentless. She writes her own songs, plays the piano proficiently, performs over-the-top routines on stage, sells millions of records…what more does she have to do to be considered a great artist to you? Sometimes artists are meant to challenge you and your perceptions of what is decent or beautiful. So let her wear crazy outfits because I’m sure most of you who criticize her outfit choices are the exact people who have fixed and predefined conceptions of beauty and fashion.
@ginger, Gaga is actually a really good singer. She doesn’t have the most appealing body or looks..it’s true. But she gets fame through being so different and also having talent. She writes all of her songs and can play the piano really well. I think her voice is very powerful and as a musician myself it’s a breath of fresh air to hear someone who actually DOES have talent. I feel bad about her weight because I know she struggled a lot with it and most producers told her she was too fat and too ugly to be famous. Well, look at her now! Even if you don’t like her music or her looks you have to admit..she’s pretty darn famous! She made it big in the world and that’s a huge accomplishment for someone who was told she’d never get anywhere.

You know what, I’ll buy the “born this way” thing … if someone has in fact always “been this way.” The truth is, her look was brunette & her style ordinary as recently as 3 years ago. Lady Gaga insists she was an outcast in school because she was soooo different – yet laughably, her classmates don’t remember her that way at all.
