I don’t mind how pale she is. I am also naturally VERY pale, and I have learned to embrace it, and love it. I think its sad how people view pale skin as gross. I find it gross when people cover up pale skin with all kinds of gross tanning products, or unhealthy skin damaging tanning beds etc. Pale skin is natural and beautiful.I’m glad she embraces her natural beauty instead of trying to cover it up.
I like her, just don’t like those short, messy, shorts. Don’t find them to be too flattering on her body

Not a very flattering outfit for her imo (not exactly bad either), you can still see she has a nice body, but the flats and the top aren’t doing her any favors. It’s very comfy and easy i’m sure, but you can feel comfy and look picture perfect at the same time, granted at times you won’t feel like making the effort

@ BAK, I totally agree with you. I am also of the pale skin and rock it. There’s nothing wrong with being pasty! I think she looks great. Her body looks good, she looks comfortable in her skin, and her legs look amazing! Also LOVE that she doesn’t have a “purse” dog. Just makes me like her more.

i’m pretty pale and embrace it. but to be honest i wish i was naturally olive skinned. good to see i’m not the only one who is pale tho. most of my friends are tan naturally and otherwise.
i like her outfit. its obviously very hot and everyone is dressed similarly, when i lived in a small beach town in Oz I would wear stuff like this all the time. I think baggy clothes aren’t the most photogenic tho.

MsCotton – I completely agree. From the knees down, her legs are gorgeous, but even though her things are skinny, they’re just not a very good shape.
It’s funny how most of these comments are about her dog and not her.
I think she’s refreshing.
I also embrace my paleness. It’s a lot easier to just let it be, rather than wasting money or soaking up the sun. Which you end up regretting. I don’t really like her overall look, but her legs are good.
I’m really not a dog person but that is one beautiful dog. And I’m not gonna knock Amanda for being pale since I’m pale myself.
@LILJLB – if you’d read any interviews with her you’d know that your impression is not too far off, LOL.
She seems so NORMAL and down to earth. Not too skinny, very fit and healthy looking. And yes, very pale but that’s part of her ‘look’.
IDK if I was on a ‘raw diet’ I would hope I’d be thinner.

I like her thighs and I think they’re the part that make her legs look good. They add some shape and curve. Fair skin looks young and hip to me now. When I see tanned skin it makes me think of older celebrities who aren’t really in style anymore like Gisele and Jennifer Aniston. The girls who everyone liked ten years ago.

Anyways, Seyfried is looking her usual fairy self, but jean cut-offs are rarely a good idea.

Think Amanda looks great here. Her hair is just sort of “uncombed” looking but what the heck, she’s just walking the dog & going to meet up with a friend. (Amanda doesn’t need to be in “full make-up”)! She was on Live With Regis & Kelly on Wednesday & she is totally gorgeous. Thin but NOT too skinny. Don’t know if she is still eating the “raw diet” now or if she just resorts to that diet when she needs to shed extra lbs fast for a movie part, Red Carpet or something like that. She was absolutely gorgeous on the Live Show, though. Her eyes are so beautiful! Just think…she & LiLo are same age & were on Mean Girls (1) (guess there’s a Mean Girls 2 out now). (Bet Lindsay could be having a carrer similar to Amanda IF she had not screwed herself up so much with drugs/drinking/DUI’s/court, jail, rehab, felony theft!)

Well you learn something new every day. And today I learned about Catweazle. (Unfortunately Catweazle never made it to the States.) I like him. I may have to name my next dog Catweazle.

I totally agree with you. And it’s not just the tanned celebrities that look old-fashioned to me, I see regular tanned people in the same way. Tanning is so over. It was in for about a century but it’s becoming less and less cool with every passing month. Stop ruining your skin girls!
