I think she looked best in the ‘I need you’ video; she was so beautiful then, and she actually had body fat then, that added to her beauty.
I think she looks too thin now but I don’t like to judge really, as firstly, I don’t know all the facts, and secondly, who am I to judge anyway?
I’ve always liked her music and I like her. I hope she’s happy. In my own experience, the time I was at my most thinnest, was definitely when I was most unhappy. I wasn’t unhappy cos I was skinny, I was skinny because I was unhappy. Hopefully that’s not the case here.
Looks better than she ever has, style and body-wise.
I find her very unattractive but now at least she has nice legs! Her boobs look too big are they implants, they just don’t look right with those legs. Normally when you lose weight you do all over so why are her boobs so big..

She has lost weight, that’s for sure. She has very narrow hips and broad shoulders. The puffy sleeves on that top aren’t helping her any.

Yes those are fake boobs, if she’s ahppy with them goood for her. I don’t mind her body, i don’t think with her bodytype it looked that awesome even with more weight and a less toned body. So even if she’s on the skinny side and has lost some hips and all, i think she looks good for her body type. The clothes flatter her figure imo, but they look too matchy-matchy and cheap to me (cheap in a housewify way, i do like the occasional hobo look)
she has definately got too thin here and its not a good look on her,hollywood and media is such a vain and disturbing part of the world for women and girls,scrutiny and judgement based on looks is not a nice way to live and lastly thinness doesn’t equal to prettiness and happiness, just wish these celebs would stop saying they have a fast metabolism or that their naturally thin…..too many impressionable females out there!!!!!
i think she looks so fake and plastic. i think she is way to skinny it aged her like 5 years. i cannot believe people find her attractive. she is a complete different person then she used to be. too skinny and it does nothing for her.

About the boobs, I agree with some of you: If she’s happy with them, good for her. I’m getting a bit tired of all the negative comments every time we see a celeb with big boobs (not only the fake, but also the real ones!). It really is a person’s own decision whether they want breast surgery or not.
And is it just me or does her face look a bit like Michael Jackson’s (past surgery)? (Sorry to make this comparison, but it just came to my mind in the same moment as I saw the pics).

Waaaaaaaay too thin. The only thing masking how totally unhealthy she looks are her big, fake boobs. She really needs to gain some weight. Her upper arm looks scary and her thighs, in white pants no less, look painfully slender.

Am I the only one who thinks she looks good? I mean, she’s been pretty thin for a while now, but she doesn’t look anywhere near sickly. Her boobs don’t look that unproportionately large either. She’s not as thin as say AnnaLynne McCord, Alexa Chung, or Tori Spelling.
She should consider implanting those shades to her face.
Looks ok to me. But she does look to thin in the arms. As for her larger breasts, it is possible to have them while being very thin. Rare, but still happens. Unfortunately I am this way.

Anyway, her shoulders are quite broad, that is what makes her skinniness not so attractive from the waist up. Also, if she is ok with plastic surgery to get those boobs, she should consider some slight tweaking of the face to make it more feminine.
@ Amy. I completely agree with your last few sentences. Very well said. Also, Leann has cute capri pants and sandals here, but definitely should have chosen a different top as she has broad shoulders. That top would almost look better in reverse – spaghetti straps on top and flower petals (or whatever that is) on the bottom half.

I think it is a beautiful top but not meant for her body type. The volume on the sleeves should be used to balance out a heavier/wider bottom half which Leanne does clearly NOT have!
If Rimes and Cibrian were ducks it would be ok for him to be the better looking half. Now the imbalance is upsetting her universe. She needs to kick him to the curb, find herself an average looking guy who considers HER a prize and start eating again. Mother nature’s never wrong.

Yeah, I find it sad to see this over the past 8 months or so….I am sure she’s lost almost 25 pounds and probably overexercises. It doesn’t matter if one thinks this is flattering, IMHO, she isn’t healthy here.
LeAnn did get a boob job awhile back (A year or so??). But she is too thin now. She is NOT looking as pretty when she loses too much weight! Her face sort of looks worse when she loses too much weight. She’s lost (lbs) before but I think this is the skinniest I’ve seen her. It makes her look older as well! She is just 28 (same age as Anne Hathaway!)!

I actually like her body. Her arms and legs look smooth and toned. Stupid shirt and the hair looks dull, which could be a sign of malnutrition, if she has an eating problem. Also, just because Aviators look cool on the Top Gun crew does NOT mean they look good on everyone’s face! She looks like a fly in them, and I really do love aviators.
She looked like death warmed over at the Grammy’s. She was so thin and gaunt and just plain unattractive in the face. She doesn’t look much better here, but the shirt hides the bad boob job better

@patty23 You can be skinny and have breasts. My mother is 5′7″ after a parasitic food infection she got down to 96 pounds and still wore a 34D. Her normal size is 34H at 140. It just depends on your body type.

Yeah, you can be skinny and have breasts naturally, but that is not the case with LeAnn. She had a boob job. The before and after is just obvious. You don’t get thinner, but your boobs get bigger. She used to be much heavier with much smaller boobs. Boobs are fat, and even if you’re naturally large breasted, they NEVER grow when you lose weight.
I love her! I always have. She has definitely lost weight which was unnecessary. Everyone seems to be talking about her boobs…I bet she wearing a push up bra…but who knows. And that shirt is absolutely disgusting, LeAnn, please throw it away.
