i’m usually not a fan, but she looks pretty here and i like her hair!
She looks average weight-wise… I wonder why everyone says she has skinny legs and a big stomach… she doesn’t!

She has done alot of drugs and has alot of miles on her, but she looks better than Lindsay Lohan and Tara Reid, who are both twenty-something. Maybe they lace coke w/ really cheap materials these days….

Mango? Good. Instead of picking Scarlett Johansson and photoshopping several pounds off of her, they pick a model who is already very skinny. Seems more realistic.

In the second pic ‘Waynetta Slob’ (thank you Jamie Hince) is sporting a serious case of the ‘rabbit nose’, a frequently seen side effect of Botox. Until my dying day I will not understand why this woman has reached cult status, but her lust for life is kind of catchy here.

So this is what bad botox looks like? Alas I no longer can use the same excuse for my residual facial paralysis that still remains from a second infliction Bell’s Palsy. What am I going to tell people now and still keep it light hearted at the same time?
I’m not a fan but I think she looks really pretty here. She looks happy and that’s the most important in looking your best.
I think it’s gross that in every picture of her she’s holding a pack of cigarettes. Yuck. She might look pretty but she smells like an ashtray. Not attractive at all.

I had never heard of this condition before, so I had to Google it. According to Wikipedia most people suffering from Bell’s Palsy recover spontaneously. I hope in your case that’s accurate. As for you explaining it to other people I foresee no trouble, seeing as you have a way with words. Besides, you’re the one suffering through this affliction, so in the end who gives a toss what people say?! Just get well soon! *sending Transatlantic good vibes to Skinny Rocks*

I’ve just had my eyes wide open because I actually would’ve never supposed this woman can look really GOOD ever, after all the drug she put into her system, but somehow, she looks stunning here ! Wow !

She’s looking alright but hard as in “ridden hard and put away wet”. It so revolting to see her holding a pack of cigarettes. If someone achieves a skinny look by smoking, using drugs and drinking copious amounts of coffee, they don’t deserve praise, they deserve pity. Isn’t life hard enough without poisoning your body?! I cringe that young, impressionable girls will use these images as inspiration. Please feature women who are doing the right things, not the wrong.

Yes, most people do have a complete recovery withen 12 weeks the first time, with the possibility of re-occurance withen 10 yrs. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have been dealt this somewhat annoying yet humbling condition withen a 3 year span. What are the odds of this happening? It’s not likely, but it could happen…and it did. The recovery is far slower the second time around, and a complete recovery isn’t as favorable. What is the upside? You have the uncanny ability to produce a heavy British accent at the drop of a dime. Your “vibes” are most welcome, thank-you.
She looks about 115-120 here, which is better for her face than 105-110. I wonder how she would look with a Paris Hilton size gain to around 130. It seemed to work well for Paris, who claims whe worked out. Probably would not work well for Kate–she does not seem to be the workout type.
I cant even imagine what it must feel like to wear that much makeup. is it like, when you have your face painted for halloween as a little kid and you’re afraid to smile because then the skin-colored cracks will show around your mouth?

Yuck, smoking is such a dirty habit. Don’t see the attraction to Kate Moss at all. To me, she looks common.
Everyone needs a crutch so if Kate Moss, who is clearly over 18 decides to smoke, so be it. I’m not saying it’s good but she’s only human, so it’s not revolting as some people make out it is. Nobody is perfect.

I’ve never thought much of her ’social activites’ but no matter what, she ALWAYS looks absolutely GORGEOUS!! Beautiful body & face, and can look glam in anything she puts on. GORGEOUS!!!
Meant no offense, Matilda. Cigarettes are as tough as heroin to quit and I very much sympathize with people with addictions but as far as calling it a “crutch”, that’s putting it waaaay too lightly. There are some things that all health experts agree on, and one of them is the dangers of smoking. Good health is the greatest gift and respecting your body with a sensible diet and exercise is what we all need to do. If you “fall of the wagon” then just accept it and get back to doing what’s right. There is plenty of help out there to quit bad habits. People just have to be honest with themselves and be willing to do the work. It’s all worth it.
I agree that she looks rough. Her partying lifestyle shows. I know of many women about her age that look much better because they take good care of themselves (no drugs, no smoking, etc.).
The reason she looks decent is the good hair and make-up. The make-up artist and hair stylist deserve the credit, in my opinion.
It’s obvious she has botox in her forehead. And possibly other fillers. I think she looks better than usual because she has a nice tan (whether it’s real or fake), which can make you look healthier. But also her hair and makeup is done well.

I just think it’s everyone’s own decision and once you’ve started and smoked for years (as Kate has) it’s never easy to stop. You’re right though, if someone wants to quit then there is lots of help out there. I’m an ex-smoker myself so I know how hard it can be.

Yea you can tell she never works out. She was lucky but now it’s starting to catch up on her. A diet of cigarettes and hardly eating will only get you so far I guess
