How Kourtney Kardashian Got To 95 Pounds

According to the article, Kourtney has now lost a total of 45 pounds since giving birth to son Mason Disick in December 2009. Kourtney reportedly eats small, frequent and nutritious meals and tries to hit the gym weekly with her sisters.
Here is an example of her ‘daily food diary’ outlined in the magazine:
Day Two
BREAKFAST: Oatmeal with honey
SNACK: Greek yogurt
LUNCH: Salad with grapefruit and shredded chicken, iced green tea
SNACK: QuickTrim Fast Shake
DINNER: Scrambled eggs and whole-wheat bread
DESSERT: A gingerbread cookie

Q: You look great! Did you have a goal?
K: Thanks. I was 140 when I gave birth and I’m 95 now. But for me, it’s about being a healthy mom, not a certain weight.

So at 95 pounds and her reputed height (according to IMDB) of 5 feet, her BMI is 18.6, which is just barely into the ‘normal’ weight range. (18.5 and under is considered to be ‘underweight’).
