Here’s a much-requested post… Heidi Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt were photographed while hosting a Valentine’s Day Weekend event at the Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas on Saturday night. Also, at the end of this post there are some photos of Heidi wearing lingerie in a Caesar’s Palace suite in Las Vegas.

Gorgeous (and obviously enhanced) figure as usual, but oh my… what did she do to her face?! She used to be so pretty! Now she looks about 15 years older than she is!

The Hills actress Heidi Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt were spotted shopping for baby clothes at a store on Robertson Blvd. yesterday…

Clearly they are trying to stir up pregnancy rumors because the two preened for the paparazzi while passing baby clothing back and forth.

In any case, Heidi does look like she’s gained some weight recently… it’s noticeable in her face and legs in these photos!

Since Heidi and Spencer officially got married yesterday, I wonder what will become of their story lines on the show? Weren’t they ready to break up in last week’s episode?! Kinda makes you wonder just how fake the episodes really are.
