Sophie Monk was spotted outside of a studio in Hollywood yesterday, looking as though she has put on a little bit of weight in the past few months.

Here is a picture of Sophie from earlier this year (March) when she was a bit thinner:

Anyone else see a difference from then to now?

In my opinion, she still looks good regardless of the few pounds of weight gain.

Lately, it seems that yoga and pilates classes are taking over Hollywood as the most popular way to stay “fit”!
