Lindsay Lohan recently told E! News that she has been eating enough, despite her excessively thin frame. She also claims to have used her time in Hawaii to relax with family members and have fun.

There is also some speculation that her ongoing low weight is due to the prescription drug Adderall…

Still, a source told Us Weekly that the 5′5″ actress showcased a skin-and-bones physique while on the island, adding that “I’ve never seen hipbones that stick out so much.”

In fact, Us Weekly confirms in the current issue that Lohan takes Adderall, a prescription drug usually given to people for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, to lose weight.

“She takes Adderall all the time,” one source told Us. “She gets jittery because of the way the pills affect her. It’s a major reason why she’s losing weight.”

Another recent tabloid article suggested that Lindsay’s recent weight loss has to do with her over-consumption of an energy drink called Neurotrim.

Here are some photos of Lindsay and her younger sister Ali at the red carpet celebration of the new teen.com TV original series Haute and Bothered earlier this week. It does look as though she’s added a few much-needed pounds back to her gaunt frame…

Kim Kardashian: “I Have Cellulite, So What?”

May 5th, 2009 by Rian | 126 Comments | Filed in Celebrity Cellulite, Celebs in Bikinis, Kim Kardashian, Tabloids & Magazines

lifeandstyle

Despite a post on her website that tells a slightly different tale, Kim Kardashian is determined to prove that she loves her body as it is and doesn’t care what people think. One would think given the title of the cover story in Life & Style that we’d get to see un-retouched photos of Kim’s cellulite, but alas, it was not to be. The few photos of her in the article – which you could see on her site – were taken of her from the front only.

An interview accompanied the article… here are a few highlights:

Q: Why does everyone attack your size?
A: I really don’t know. [...] People attack my true size, but the reality is that I look bigger on TV.

Q: People don’t believe you’re a size 2. Why not?
A: I don’t think people get how petite I am because I’m so curvy. I’m small and curvy.

Q: What are your actual measurements?
A: I’m 35-26-40. My dress size is a 4 or 2/4. I wear a size 4 skirt and size 27 jeans.

Q: What have you done to treat your cellulite?
A: I had VelaShape. [...] I only did it once and didn’t see the effect. I don’t think that stuff works.

Q: Just for the record, is your butt real?
A: My butt is real. But I’m the biggest fan of Spanx.

Q: How does it feel when everyone comments on your body?
A: It’s weird. There’s more to me than this. But I’m happy to have the discussion, because I work out and I still have curves. I’m happy to represent for the curvy women.

That last statement is particularly interesting… if she’s happy to ‘have the discussion’ then why did she do this article? Also, do you all think she looks the same on the supposedly “unretouched” cover as she did in these very recent bikini photos?

OK Magazine: Real Sizes Revealed

April 30th, 2009 by Rian | 161 Comments | Filed in Misc Celebs & Diet News, Tabloids & Magazines

I rarely do tabloid articles on this site anymore since most of them are BS – and this one is probably no different – but the latest cover story in OK Magazine was too interesting not to post about. In this article, celebs such as Jennifer Love Hewitt, Eva Longoria, Kim Kardashian and more reveal their heights, sizes and even weight (in some cases).

Here’s the summary… keep in mind that the sizes are American, and the jean sizes are designer jean sizes:

  • Jennifer Love Hewitt: 5′2, jean size 27
  • Tori Spelling: 5′5, jean size 25
  • Jennifer Aniston: 5′5, dress size 0/2, jean size 26
  • Halle Berry: 5′6, dress size 4
  • Mariah Carey: 5′9, dress size 6/8, jean size 29
  • Kim Kardashian: 5′2, dress size 2/4, jean size 26 or 27, 118 pounds
  • Eva Longoria: 5′1, dress size 0, jean size 24, 98 pounds
  • Jessica Alba: 5′7, dress size 0/2, jean size 25 (down from size 28 in August)
  • Jessica Simpson: 5′2, dress size 4, 122 pounds
  • Jennifer Lopez: 5′5, jean size 28
  • Brooke Shields: 5′11, jean size 29

I personally believe that some of these sizes and weights are wrong, specifically for Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Love Hewitt and maybe Jennifer Aniston…

What do you all think?
