Nicola Roberts (from the UK group “Girls Aloud”) was spotted leaving Nobu Berkley in London the other night, looking quite thin in a multi-colored dress.

What do you all think - is she too thin? Or just right?

Since so many of you enjoy seeing celebrities actually eating… here are some photos of the very talented Leona Lewis eating lunch in Soho earlier today.

She appeared to be eating scrambled eggs on toast…

I have a feeling we will be seeing a lot more of her in the near future!

A recent issue of Star Magazine is ever-so-kindling suggesting that Kirstie Alley has gained some of her lost weight back.
For once, a tabloid seems to be correct! Here is a picture of Kirstie Alley out and about in Los Feliz, CA this past weekend, looking as though she has definitely gained some poundage back.

Star is guesstimating that Kirstie has gained back a whopping 75 pounds (since her slimmest weight in March 2006) and is back up to 220 pounds…

I guess this goes to show that dieting doesn’t really work long term… only a true lifestyle change does!
