I think she’s looking good – slim yet curvy. Healthy. It doesn’t appear that she’s lost anymore weight lately.

In other news, Kim is being sued by the creator of Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet. Kim took to her twitter recently and claimed that despite the rumors, she is not on the ‘unhealthy’ cookie diet.

“Dr. Siegal’s cookie diet is falsely promoting that I’m on this diet. NOT TRUE! I would never do this unhealthy diet! I do QuickTrim!”

“If this Dr. Siegal is lying about me being on this diet, what else are they lying about?”

The company is upset that she’s calling the cookie diet unhealthy, and is now suing her. [Source]

(Personally, I don’t think either of the diet plans are healthy! Diet pills? Cookies? Whatever happened to good old-fashioned ‘healthy eating’?)

Reality TV actress Denise Richards was spotted at Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet store in Beverly Hills recently, stocking up on cookies…

Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet consists of eating six cookies during the day then a healthy, well-balanced meal at night. Celebrities like Kim & Khloe Kardashian, Jessica Simpson and Mandy Moore have been spotted in the store picking up cookies.

I was sent an email tip stating that Kim was spotted at Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet Store in Beverly Hills last week, picking up a box of Chocolate and Oatmeal Raisin cookies. I wonder if she’s decided to go on the diet?
