Kirstie’s new reality show Kirstie Alley’s Big Life premieres on the A&E channel this Sunday, March 21st. After the frequent tabloid attacks on her weight and negative press associated with her former Jenny Craig spokesperson role, I think we have to give her credit for having the courage to talk about her diet struggles so publicly! Personally, I hope she finds a healthy eating plan and way of life that she can stick with indefinitely in order to lose the weight and get healthy.
