Oh. My. Goodness. Those were the first words that came to mind when I saw these photos. 23-year old Heidi Montag (The Hills personality) revealed her brand new (and yes, most of it really is new) body in a revealing bikini at the Liquid Pool Lounge at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday.

According to reports, Heidi underwent the following procedures: a mini brow lift, Botox in her brow and frown-line area; a nose job revision; fat injections in cheeks, naso-labial folds and lips; chin reduction; neck liposuction; had her ears pinned back; a breast augmentation revision; liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thighs; and a buttock augmentation.
She used to be the ‘cute girl next door’ type. Now? Um, I’m not sure what this is supposed to be! I honestly feel very sad for the girl. And for all the young girls/women who look up to her.
