We all saw this one coming…!

Why is it that every time Jessica Simpson breaks up with someone, we see a tabloid cover story shortly afterward about her losing weight on some sort of “revenge” diet? The latest article in OK Magazine is no different. Basically, it claims that since breaking up with Tony, Jessica has gone back to working out with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak and is back on the 5-Factor diet. She is also allegedly watching her alcohol intake.

Sound familiar?

According to various news sources, Jessica Simpson has plans to do a new reality show that focuses on body image, weight and beauty.

The singer, who has repeatedly faced public scrutiny for her fluctuating weight, has reportedly visited TV networks to pitch a reality series titled “The Price of Beauty.”

The show will be based on society’s outlook of women’s bodies, Us Weekly reports in its upcoming issue.

“She and a friend set off on a road trip around the world in search of what people find beautiful and why,” says a source.

Somehow I’m not surprised that she is doing something like this, given how many “How I Lost Weight” tabloid cover stories have run in the past few years!
