Julia revealed in a Shape Magazine article earlier this year that she has to “work at not being fat”. She admits to being addicted to chocolate and loves bacon so much that she won’t let herself keep it in the house.
To stay fit, she runs and uses an elliptical machine for exercise and lets herself indulge in a sweet every now and again so she doesn’t feel deprived.
Whatever she’s doing, it’s working… she’s 48 and looks great!
