She’s looking much slimmer than she did before! Jennifer reportedly lost most of her weight (before and after having her baby) via the Weight Watchers plan.
Before Weight Watchers, Hudson dieted by limiting her meals to mostly grilled chicken and egg whites. “I was avoiding all these foods. I haven’t had ice cream in 10 years!” says Hudson, who adds that the results were “only temporary. Then you go right back to where you came from.” But since joining Weight Watchers in January, Hudson learned how to incorporate more fiber and vegetables into her meals. Now she even indulges in small servings of foods she once swore off, like turkey wings and pizza.
