She’s looking great these days! Here is a before-and-after of her weight loss that I put together:

It looks like she’s lost a decent amount of weight overall, but mostly in her midsection/waist area, waist and legs.

Jennifer Garner made an appearance at the ‘I Have a Dream’ Foundation Los Angeles 12th Annual Gospel Brunch that took place in West Hollywood yesterday morning…

It was revealed in a recent Life & Style article (February 8th) that Jennifer has lost 3 dress sizes and is now back to a size 0. Jennifer claims she lost the weight by “cutting out the good stuff” like bagels, croissants and muffins, and is now back to eating salad and protein. She also started working out on the treadmill.

(They make it sound so easy!)
