Demi Lovato gets dinner at Zuma Restaurant in NYC

Demi Lovato was spotted getting dinner at Zuma Restaurant in NYC. Demi is looking better than ever! A few months ago, Demi credited her trainer and his wife for helping her beat her eating disorder, which she has struggled with for years, even battling bulimia. In 2010, she went to rehab, “for emotional and physical issues.” Now healthier and happier, she gave a shoutout on Instagram to her trainer Ronny Comacho:

“For the past 8 months this man has helped me beat my hardest critic: myself. The first day he gave me my meals, that him and his wife cook themselves, he looked me in the eyes and said ‘We are going to kick this eating disorder’s ass!!!’ He was as determined as I was and has been a huge part of my recovery ever since. I’ve never been happier and healthier and I credit so much of that to this man and his beautiful wife.”

“Thank you Ronny & Elise Comacho for staying up so late to cook my meals and getting up so early to help transform my body but most importantly my mind. You both have truly changed my life. She explained her eating plan now:

“Now I’m on a structured meal plan. I eat four small meals and two snacks a day. It’s teaching me portion control.”

Beyonce seen leaving an office building in NYC

Beyonce was spotted leaving an office building in NYC in a black slit dress. Beyonce recently made news big for a big announcement on Good Morning America, which turned out to be her talking about her vegan dietThe 22-Day Revolution. Fans expecting a music related announcement were disappointed since she had already been promoting the diet with nutritionist and exercise physiologist Marco Borges for months. Fans spammed her Instagram with pictures of burgers and junk food. However, it was apparently the first time she’d spoken about it “on camera”. She said:

“I am not naturally the thinnest. I have curves. I’m proud of my curves and I have struggled since a young age with diets and finding something that actually works, actually keeps the weight off, has been difficult for me.”

Jennifer Lawrence was spotted in NY in a white sundress. She wore her hair down and flowing and topped off her look with sunglasses, nude heels, and a patterned purse. She’s apparently apartment hunting in Tribeca and working on an upcoming biopic called Joy where she’s playing Joy Mangano, a Long Island area divorced mother-of-three who became a Home Shopping Network icon after inventing the Miracle Mop in 1990.

Jennifer once confessed she doesn’t care much about eating healthy or working out. She told Instyle magazine:

“During Hunger Games, when I was eating ungodly amounts, I used to tell myself, ‘Stop eating, people are going to see this. This movie is going to be around forever.’ But nope! I was like, I still want candy and I still want a hot dog!”

“Nothing can motivate me. Then X-Men started, and I thought, ‘Oh definitely, I’ll work out and diet.’ But nope. Not me!”

Balancing her career as a model with being an actress as well, Rosie just appeared in Mad Max: Fury Road. Rosie recently talked to Violet Grey magazine about how balance is important in her life:

“I don’t want to be that miserable girl pushing a salad around my plate.

“At home, I eat clean, organic, simple. And when I go out with friends, I enjoy myself. Here at home, in the morning, I might have some boiled eggs or sprouts with toast, with a green juice. Or I might have some scrambled eggs with some spinach. Plenty of water through the whole day. And then at lunch and dinner, it’s about a piece of protein, white fish, turkey, chicken. And lots of vegetables. Pretty simple. But, you know, then I’ll go and eat dinner and have loads of roast potatoes at Madeo. And that’s important to me.”

“I couldn’t live life just restrictive all the time. It’s just no fun to me. That’s not a way to live. It’s all balance.”

Fergie takes her son Axl to the park in Brentwood

Fergie was spotted taking her son Axl to the park in Brentwood. Back when she first gave birth to Axl, she did a lot of  hiking and biking to lose her baby weight. She said:

“I’m mixing it up. I’m doing hikes. I’m doing yoga mixed with belly dancing.”

She also started each morning with a “green smoothie,” that consisted of romaine lettuce, spinach, kale, apples, and bananas.

Kelly Bensimon was spotted stretching after her morning jog in Soho, NYC.  Kelly shared her thoughts on exercise with StyleBistro:

Everybody knows that I like to run, I have run for charity. I mean, I will run across the country for charity. But for every day, for my own sense of self, whether it’s for, as I tell my kids, ‘getting the bad stuff out of my head’ or just getting my blood moving, I will do the simplest thing, of doing 30 squats and a headstand, to going out on a 20 minute run, to spending 45 minutes inSoulCycle, to riding a horse with my friends for an hour. It really runs the gamut. I love sports. I love tennis, I love golf, I mean, I hit golf balls by myself all the time off Hudson Pier and people think I’m an idiot. I’m just a very physically and mentally active person, I don’t know how to describe it any other way. I love to be stimulated.”

Kendall Jenner was spotted at London’s Heathrow Airport dressed all in black. You won’t find many fitness tips from Kendall here though. Kendall told People:

I haven’t worked out in a month. I’ve been too busy. I live on a plane.

When she does work out, her playlist is Kanye West’s All Day, Big Sean’s I Don’t F**** With You, Drake’s 0 To 100, Kanye West’s Mercy and A$AP Ferg’s Work and her trainer is Gunnar Peterson, a Beverly Hills-based personal trainer to the stars. Kendall says:

I do whatever he tells me to do. Some cardio, some muscle-building to tone myself up.

I’ll run to a gym and get on the treadmill; I [also] do a lot of ab work and planking.

It’s a good thing genes and all that jet-setting keep her in shape. She had a pizza party with sister Khloe Kardashian, which Khloe posted on Instagram.

Rosie Huntington-Whitley was spotted arriving at ‘Craigs’ Restaurant in West Hollywood, CA. While she may have spotted eating dinner, she’s a big fan of breakfast:

Breakfast is also really important to set me up for the day. I need proper food in the morning so I usually have boiled or scrambled eggs with spinach and a green juice.”

But her schedule often is unpredictable and includes a lot of eating out or room service:

When I’m at home I try and cook very clean, very basic foods. When I’m out I’ll enjoy myself, but there are ways to make healthy choices – there’s always fish and chicken and salad. If I have a lingerie shoot or a red carpet event coming up, I might cut out carbs, watch my salt and sugar intake and drink even more water for a few days before.

Maria Menounos showed off her toned legs in short shorts at Universal Studios for the “Fast & Furious: Supercharged” ride premiere. Maria struggled with her weight in college, but took it off and has kept it off. Here’s some of her tips!

Portion control is key:

“I ate pizza all the time in college, so I started by saying, ‘I’m just gonna eat one less slice of pizza.’ Little by little, one slice less got easy, so I went for two. I started off eating five or six slices of pizza in a sitting—I ate like a football player. And I eventually dropped the first 20 pounds by just making those tiny changes.”

Find snacks you like:

“I keep almonds in my bag because when I’m stuck in traffic and it’s either almonds or McDonald’s, I’ll reach for some almonds. I also try and keep an apple or banana in my purse. And on those nights when I get home late and haven’t had dinner yet, I’ll have some Greek yogurt with blueberries or mashed up almonds or honey. It ends up feeling like a dessert right before bed.”

“I don’t like doing the cross-trainer but I do it anyway. There are things in life you really hate but you have to force yourself to do because they make feel better. You hate it for a reason, because it’s hard. But you should always overcome the hard things.”

She’s also a fan of juice:

“I’ll get a Jamba Juice or a pressed juice after I work out, and it makes me feel great for the rest of the day. There’s one called the Redhead that’s really good. Another one I love has lots of kale and veggies.”

Looking at the Instagram pic above, you’d never guess Kourtney Kardashian gave birth just 6 months ago to son Reign. So what’s her secret? A combination of good eating, including smoothies and salads, and going to the gym regularly. But she has one other trick up her sleeve. She posted:

“I’m loving the results I’m seeing from my @lyfe_tea all natural teatox! I have way more energy and it helps when I’m craving sweets. I drink the morning @lyfe_teabefore my workout. Who’s teatoxing with me? #LyfeTea #getfit.”
