Even in such a baggy outfit, you can tell she is getting quite thin. I wonder how far she will go?

hehe she looks good ! Hope she won’t go “sacry skinny” but doubt that she will ! She is a naturally curvy/slim girl.
she’ll lose it for a movie and then i’m sure she will gain it right back… she doesnt seem to be on of those people who can lose the weight and keep it off. its just not her. i kinda feel bad because once she gains weight again everyone will talk about it and i cant imagine how shitty that would probably be. but honestly, anyone getting paid as much as her and given a hard core personal trainer and a personal chef can end up losing weight like she does for a role
While I can’t say I’m a huge fan, this girl is certainly not in the same annoying category of some I can think of {ahem…}. I’m glad to see her getting it together, and I agree…if the glimpse of the back of her ankle/calf is anything to go by, she is on her way to being in great shape.
BUT…isn’t she a yo-yo’er? Like every couple of years she gets in shape and then goes back to seed? That is so unhealthy. Unless she makes *major* lifestyle changes and learns to enjoy and celebrate the joys of a disciplined diet, she will go back to fried chicken. In the end, you really gotta like the broccoli as much as the ice cream or age/weight catches up. Sad but true.
well, her bottom half was always smaller than her top half….she looks great tho. i like her outfit but i think the bag is tacky.

This girl looks so much better when she’s slimmer. When she was thicker and her hair was brown she looked a complete mess (remember the Pussycat Dolls event?) Now she’s looking great slimmed down with her blond hair. She’s back to the Jessica we all grew to know and love!
I think we can expect to see J.Simpson in great shape vvery soon!! Good!! I like her better thin and in shape. I hated how she has been looking recenetly. I like how she looked when she was with Nick. Hopefully, she will be looking like her old self soon. Clearly she is on her way!
I liked her best (look wise) when she was with Nick the first few years… towards the end she looked TOO muscular and hard during Dukes. It looked forced and fake, her face looked rough.
i certainly can’t tell if she’s getting any thinner, she’s in a huge sweatsuit, you can’t even see the outline of her body, i don’t understand how you can say she’s getting smaller haha.
hahaha what is everyone talking about. she’s like thinner but man no where near the “20lb” loss everyone is glorifying in the tabloids and such. I see a 5-7lb loss witha fresher face. Must be making good food choices as well as upkeep with the gym of course. She’s short, it’s not that much weight loss, but it’s healthy for her.
She’s playing it smart by not flauting her hard work.

I can’t believe we’re checking out this woman’s tendons for god sakes. The recent pictures of her in the blue dress show off her body and the improvements she’s making much better than this baggy outfit.
I definitely think she’s lost more than 10 pounds although 20 seems like a lot. But everyone is different. For me, every 5 pounds is a dress size. For her, 20 lbs might only be 2 or 3.
i agree the picture of her in the blue dress definitely shows off that she lost all of that weight.
i think a major reason why we can’t tell she lost so much weight is because her boobs are still ginormous.

Jessica has never been thin. She’s always been curvy. She’s been looking bloated lately though. I think she looked her best when she was with Nick. After their marriage broke up, she’s been on a downhill slide… good for her for taking care of herself and getting back into shape!!

Karma, I was making a *point* when I commented about her Achilles tendons. Meaning that everyone’s gotten so damned ridiculous about nitpicking on every tiny tiny TINY thing about the celebrities posted here. And since we can’t really see much on Jessica Simpson in these photos, SOMEONE was going to have to say something about the minuscule bit of flesh we can see — that of her Achilles tendons.

I wasn’t bashing you Jodi. I think it’s funny that we sit here and comment on a picture where the only thing we CAN see is her Achilles. God knows you can’t actually tell what she looks like underneath those massive layers of cotton.
“quite thin” oh come on. She is not quite thin, she’s slimmed down and is now in the range of thin. She’s not skinny, she’s not skeletal, she’s not quite thin, she’s just normal body weight now.
I don’t think she has the ability to be ‘quite’ thin or skeletal or scary skinny as her bone structure is on the large side.
I don’t get the appeal of those Louis V. handbags…

LV’s are not everyone’s cup of tea, but they are an affordable luxury brand. I don’t mind the classic ones. It’s their latest lines that are ridiculous-looking.

I do think she is about the same size that she was when she did the Dukes of Hazzard. I think her body was just about perfect then. I remember she was getting a bunch of crap in the tabloids that she had gotten too skinny, but she looked great to me. And she looked good to every guy that went to see that movie.

She never looks thin to me. Probably cos she’s quite short and always looks chunky. Even at her ’skinniest’ as Daisy Dunke, she was never thin, just normal looking
ive never been much of a jessica simpson fan myself but i think she’s looking quite good as oppose to her lil frumpy phase she was having a lil while back. i just hope she’s doing it healthily and balanced.

jessica looks great, although i’d like to see her in a few more flattering outfits. jessica always looks great if you ask me (the only exception to that is those high waisted navy blue pants she wore a while back)
She’ll lose a ton for the movie. …..And then she’ll probably gain it back when the movie is over. Or at least SOME of it back. Sounds like she’s got a very rigorous, daily routine of workouts. I think it would be hard for anyone to keep that up unless they really had to……say, for a movie role.

Anyway, to LADY’s comment: I think Jessica would look good between 115-125 or more even; I don’t know her height, but I think she is able to pull off being a little thick. She looks like the type of gal that would play a sport instead of sing. To me, her build rocks!

I think she looks adorable! and alot better than she has been looking! I give her credit for working out and getting back into awesome shape. She has an awesome body. and shes short like meee!
Love her. Good to see her getting her fitness on. I hope she’s found a routine she likes and will stick with it. Yo yo’ing is bad for the body in every way and not so good on the head either, especially for celebs with mags and websites dissecting your every curve.
