Weight-wise, she looks about the same… perhaps not as thin as she was in the last set of pictures though?

In summary, she’s got no business working right now. She’s obviously got WAY too much on her plate and needs to take some down time (she can afford it) and sort her life/ meds out. I think it’s great that she’s at the studio, getting exercise. Wish she’d lay off the smoke breaks in the middle of said exercise, but one vice at a time, right? She’s going through hell; bipolarity is nothing to sneeze about . . . and I would MUCH rather see her looking scruffy outside of a dance studio where she’s actually doing something *good* for herself, than to see her looking much the same in a gas station somewhere, surrounded by strobe-light cameras, scary obsessive hangers-on, and countless leeches. At least she’s taking steps in the right direction.

I don’t know what is going on with this “get up”. She’s definately not doing any dance rehearsal in those clothes, I know dancers and they tend to prefer thin cotton or material that wicks sweat. Fish nets aren’t part of their rehearsal clothing. Oh, and she needs to be kinder to the “girls” or they are going to be down to her knees in a few years. Get a bra Britney!

Brittany I am no doctor but I guess you are no doctor either. Being bipolar is indeed a chronic disease which is going to follow somebody for the rest of one’s life. But guess what-also is diabetes! and even worse-schizophrenia!I have been depressed for the most part of my life (not manic-thank god! I dont think I could handle well the lithium stuff-it can become quite toxic) and I take SSRIs. Even at my lowest point I would not dare to go out unwashed, uknempt and with no pants on. You may argue that this is “manic” and not “depressive” phase but still, she has access to a multitude of aids-all because of her money. I am not hating on her since I would not want to be in her place for all the money in the world but people should start putting things into perspective. I am completely baffled by her behaviour but sympathetic? I am not. Not even a bit.
On a lighter note-does she buy her tights like that or is this the result of meticulous wh*ring upgrade?

Can’t say much about her outfit…..but wearing a bra isn’t that comfortable and occasionally it is nice to go braless (I admit Britney goes a little to often without one) but going braless shouldn’t just be reserved for all you flat chested girls…..we curvy gals like to be comfy to sometimes.

No one brings manic depression on themselves, I’ll give her that. But being manic depressive doesn’t make you go batshit crazy and wake up every morning trying to figure out how many private parts you can get pictures taken of that day. I have no pity for her, but that could change immensely if she would just WEAR CLOTHES.

This girl is very sick. The way she dresses and the way she behaves is all a manisfestation of her illness. And it doesn’t help that she’s got people who are profiting from exhibiting her symptoms. It’s really hard to read these harsh criticisms of her, because I had someone very close to me go through the same thing with a variation of the same illness. And heard plenty of other people’s stories in family support groups.
Also, her weight gain could be due to the medication she is supposed to be taking. The person I know often went off her medication because it made her gain weight.
And trust me her parents are doing everything they can to help her, but the law is not on their side. The patients usually end up in the hospital against their will. It is an ugly and difficult process that often requires careful planning. Too bad the courts set Britney free despite the recommendations by the doctors to keep her hospitalized.
Sorry for the long winded post, but this girl’s problems hit too close to home.
She is obviously still having significant mood cycles. Medication for bipolar disorder is very tricky, and for some they are never *totally* stable; they still have some manic and depressive episodes. She’s clearly manic in these photos-pretty typical stuff: deteriorating hygiene, hypersexual behavior. Yep, she probably thinks the torn nets, the backwards shirt, and the little boy underwear are all super sexy…that’s what happens in a manic episode. Her parents have done a superhuman job of intervening, but for all of those who think they should stop her from dancing, send her away, etc: after the age of 18, that is VERY difficult to do! That’s for a reason, folks. It’s important that people can’t just decided where you should live and what you should do. And being a smelly disorganized mess does not mean you are a danger to yourself or others…it just means you’re a smelly disorganized mess. Dancing is probably good for her right now. She just needs to stay inside for a while…
…And Mouse is right, a lot of the meds for bipolar make you gain weight…for some people A LOT of weight, and fast! Wouldn’t that just be terrific if that were you? I hope people go easy on her regarding her weight for this reason alone.
And she was teaching a dance class for children? Why would something like that be allowed!!!!

Bipolar illness is complicated and hellish. She does obviously need help. The majority of the time they can not hold people in the hospital or force medication unless they are putting themselves or others in jeopardy.
She is an adult and unless she threatens her life or others, she can fight being hospitalized, medication, etc…
It’s sad but true. She may not even realize how long it’s been since she’s seen her kids.
I have gone through depressive episodes where showering and taking care of myself was too much so I have more sympathy for her.
…Uhm….uhm…what can one say about a trainwreck? Getting rid of the nasty weave would be a start. Oh, and pants would help. So would a bra. But you know what she needs more than anything? Someone who gives a damn & some quality mental health. If she had those two things, the rest would come.

If not not mistaken, she was teaching a group of 5 year olds a few steps (at millenium dance studio). Apparently thats her way of giving back to her community….why she chose that ensemble is beyond me.
