Too much makeup, but I’m loving the clean look.
Her body is still very slim- its just her arms that look a little larger. I have that problem, so I’m sympathetic.
She looks happier, and IMO, that’s all that really matters- she probably could have worn a “younger” look,but she still looks very pretty!

Bad bad styling. When it’s dress-up time, this girl seems to always be styled so that she looks at least 20 years older than she is –the hair, makeup, dress, everything. It’s all too conservative and it makes her body look almost matronly.

I love Hilary! For some reason it sometimes seems like she is trying to HIDE her veneers by not smiling whole-heartily. I like her new teeth so I don’t know why she does this.

wow okay i think its ridiculous is people are calling her fat or chubby, because we need to keep in mind the camera adds on 10 lbs. i think she looks fine. she’s slimmer than she was a few weeks ago. that dress isn’t flattering at all on her, and she definitely doesn’t look her age. i think its these unrealistic standards of calling her chubby that sometimes starts people off on eating disorders. she looks healthy and happy and thats what really matters. good for her.

Her face, torso and legs are all very slim, which makes her broad shoulders and arms look that much bigger. Since it’s impossible to spot-reduce certain body parts, she should probably consider a little lipo in the problem areas.

Body-wise, I think she looks good. Generally, I like women with some softness and fleshy curves. I think it looks feminine and provocative. In my opinion, she’s not overweight.
Her outfit and hair is another story. Like many here, I find her outfit unflattering. Her hair does nothing for her.

This is bad…She’s HUGE. Her arms are just flabby. No TONE! I don’t think there’s anything wrong with curves. (I personally hate it, but it’s “natural”, whatever)…But there’s a difference between toned curves, and just, flab.
I’ve ALWAYS hated Hilary Duff. She’s just not very talented nor is she exceptionally pretty. But I do applaud her for being so confident with this body.

Think that Hilary is a very gorgeous young woman. This particular dress puts a lot of extra emphasis on her broad shoulders and bit heavy upper arms. Not in any way FAT. She is just built kind of square shaped and she did do a lot of gymnastics as a kid so I think that may contribute to the muscularity. Yeah and she is 5′2″ and if she puts on 4 o 5 pounds…it REALLY shows. When she is on a tour, she seems to lose a bit of weight. She fluctuates just like most of us do! She is cute! IMO

Geez, quit picking on her arms! I’m only biased b/c I have the same problem, but, come on. The only way she could have the slender arms with her well-proportioned rest of her body is to go back to being scary skinny. She’d have to starve herself again. If she was to “tone up” with weights, she risks having Serena Williams’ arms or looking like a line backer.

Was re-reading some of the other comments from others (of you who have posted here). Hilary does look to appear to begin looking MORE like her more fugly sister, Haylie. I don’t like this hair style on her. I’ve seen pics of her in various tabloids (she is in one or another tabloid nearly each week)! She was with her boy friend & her hair was longer and natural (not made up like in the pics displayed here in this story). In that particular pic, her boy friend had this huge umbrella to shield the both of them and Hilary looked thinner and her hair was just loose and natural looking and her face was more “fresh-faced…natural without a ton of make-up. I think she is one of the more lucky young women (she is still only 20…think she turns 21 in …like October???) Anyhow, Hilary looks better without make-up or maybe just a very light, light tiny bit of…maybe foundation that is right for her complextion. (Sp??) She is so much prettier natural than with gobs of make up and a dress that is totally unflattering for her body type! Hil is just one of the unfortunate young women (who are short 5′2″) and each time their weight fluctuates by more thn 4 or 5 pounds…suddenly she is CHUBBY/FAT. I agree with nicelady! Hilary did say she was at about 109 pounds when she did that bikini shot on that SHAPE Magazine a few months back. She is probably no more than 112 or 114 lbs…just IMO. Her weight is going to fluctuate. The majority of us have the same problem with weight fluctuations.

and for the dress and professional makeup/hair, I really don’t think that it is making her more attractive.
