It is indeed a huge change and I applaud him for it. It’s so noticable. I read his blog every day and without even knowing he was on a diet, I started to notice him slimming down in his pictures. Way to go, Perez! (We all know you’re reading every one of these comments!)

you would think there woul;d be more of a change- he said he was going to run on the 4th of july shirtless and he somehow ducked that - but he did show his fat stomach online, briefly.
what sucks is he has changed his format and now you have to have an account to post a comment - so i don’t bother anymore. I’m sure he has lost alot of comments that way!

purple — you know, before he changed the format of his site people were posting really vile, racist and sexist comments. i think both his weight loss and his upgraded website have been really positive changes.

whether you like him or not, the weight loss is undeniable. it’s just plain obvious he looks much better. he looks much, much better. to me, any weight loss achieved for the purpose of improving one’s health (and in the process inspiring people… he does have access to a large audience) should be a positive thing! good job perez.
he looks to have lost about 30lbs to me. he looks good. he is so critical of young womens weight though, overly critical in that some of the stuff he’s said has made me feel genuinely cruddy. but whatever, well done i guess, mario.

yes, he used to look like this a long time ago, before his blog was HUGE. his face is pretty cute once he starts to get leaner! good for him. i know people hate him, but i think he’s funny no matter what.

Uhm… this is an interesting one. Weight wise he looks really good, is very nice to see a public figure trying to do healthy things, like loosing extra pounds via diet and exercise and is specially good since he is a guy and ussually they can get away with it without anyone paying attention.
Now, about what he does with his blog, I think is a bit hypocritical to criticize him since we are all part of the same sistem… he gossips about celebs in general, and we are here to gossip about their weight. I’m not defending him, but putting things in perspective people… you are not better than him. Just saying.

I think he looks great and i love the fact he is working so hard on being healthier and losing the extra pounds, its great for him.
I think that even though sometimes i dont quite agree with his opinions, he is a clever guy and works real hard, he deserves the recognition he has now.

I really like him…I actually would love to have his job haha, I could so do it and have fun with it. So oddly enough I admire him in a way. And even though he’s scruffy mcgruff and isn’t clean cut, the weightloss is undeniable and he looks fantastic
