The outfit with the black jacket and dress is very nice. It is also very flattering on her figure. I think she did lose a bit of weight.
She looks very good here, these dresses are very flattering and I think she may have lost a couple pounds? Like natural fluctuation. Her face and eyes look stunning! A great role model.
Oh, also, just a note. She reminds me of Kate Winslet in this post, who I love and also think is a great role model for young girls.

Home girl is so white. But I love that she doesn’t fake bake or spray tan. For the most part she has always embraced her natural skin tone. Although her arms are clearly where she tends to gain I do feel like her pale skin certainly doesn’t help. Her legs always look fabulous to me and they are also usually very pale. Everyone uses a tan to appear slimmer and I think we forget that she doesn’t use that trick when commenting about her body. (no way am I saying that her fair skin is making her appear heavier or that a tan would drastically change her appearance, I just think it’s something interesting to take note of.) Also I fear she’s starting to get self concious about her arms. She seems to be conceiling them alot lately and I hope it’s not because she reads the mean gossip about her weight. (Not a dig at this site, obviously I read religiously but I could never take the scrutiny of this type of site regardless of my weight) Over all she is a gorgeous girl and has grown up on camera into a beautiful young woman and still kept her dignity. She IS getting lots of work lately and We can knock her acting but she appeals to alot of people all over the place and She is one of the few celebs I think that deserves “role model” status and the perks of celebrity.
PS- I’ve met her in person during an outdoor concert. It was freezing, pouring rain, and there were a ton of people waiting in line to get her autograph.(she was one of the few celebs who didn’t cancel her ‘meet and greet’) She is so so gorgeous in person and her skin is flawless. She is really tiny, small frame petite and short. She really did seem genuinly happy to see her fans and she took the time to actually look us in the eye (instead of robotically signing not giving a crap who is there and insisting nobody speak to or take pictures of her) She even briefly talked to us and asked our name even though she didn’t personalize. (How are you? Whats up? Nice to meet you? I like your necklace..) and thank us for coming.

She looks like she lost a tiny bit of weight. She looks like she’s a heatlhy 125-130lbs. She’s always been fuller in her upper body though, so she has to be thinner to actually get slim arms. I should know…we have similar body types…

@ PETAL thanks for bringing up the kate winslet similarity. I always thought of hilary as fat but shes not. shes built alot like kate, just bigger. It seems when women are “bigger” we applaud them for being good role models but if a teen is bigger shes automatically fat! hopefully shell grow up to be as beautiful as kate. we should congragulate her for accepting her size. it doesnt seem to hurt her getting roles even tho i havnet see any of her recent work.
People who say that this girl is fat should have their eyes checked. You can tell from the pictures that she is petite and curvy. I totally subscribe Rians’s “healthy” and “cute”.

Tend to agree with aimdawg, Jade, loveemedo & others in that it appears that Hilary has lost some lbs. LOVE that 1st dress (red/blue). Gorgeous on her. She is a beautiful girl. I think she was okay when she was thin & had her “disordered eating issues”…but she was not healthy & could not maintain such a low weight. Her body is not naturally designed to be a “pin thin” (like LiLo when she’s fluctuating to her low weights, or pre-baby Nicole Richie or the runway models we see)! Hilary seems to work pretty regularly on movies & special TV guest appearances such as Gossip Girl. All goes to show that one doesn’t need to be bordering on emaciated to get movie roles & TV shows! Hilary is at a normal weight & gorgeous looking young woman who is a GREAT ROLE model for young women. We don’t see those like LiLo or Mischa (Barton) getting the good jobs (TV or movies)! Mischa’s show (Beautiful Life) got cancelled after 2 episodes! I think Hilary is beautiful, genuninely authentic.

I think Hilary Duff is beautiful and I definitely agree, she is a great role model for young girls. She is not stick thin/emaciated like much of Hollywood and it’s refreshing to see someone with healthy curves. BTW I think she is curvy but looks very toned like she exercises and takes care of yourself.

She looks great. I was watching an old Saved by The Bell episode this morning with my 5 year old. The pretty and popular girl was the same size as Hilary is. That was considered normal and pretty not heavy. We have seriously warped our views as to what is considered attractive and pretty in the last decade.

I’ve seen her in person numerous times filming GG around my office, as well as out and about shopping and she is TINY. 5′1, maybe, and not fat at all. She’s one of those petite but curby girls. She carries her weight very well. So what if she doesnt have stick arms? Most people dont. She’s really pretty in person, too.

She’s not overweight at all. This is an average healthy weight. Her body looks great in the first and third picture (dress and pencil skirt). She shouldn’t have worn those thick, horizontal stripes….they’re not flattering for her body. It’s hard to get away with them. I think you have to be very slim to wear something like that. Still, she looks really great in pencil skirts though! She should stick to dresses and skirts because those are the most flattering for her!

that said she looks good in the red and blue dress i like that. but she bores me too. i liked on lizze maguire when she was a kid i thought she was sweet….but the horse teeth do not do it for me anymore. and her face is blahh with a blahh body. she is nto fat or chubby. she just is boring.
