Good to see she’s taking her time a little more with dropping the baby weight (not that she put on much to begin with)….last time she slimmed down so fast, it must have been insanely difficult.

i think she looks really pretty and great for just a month after giving birth. the extra weight shows that her baby is priority, not losing weight.

she looks really pretty…she reminds me of thandie newton in these photos for some reason. i think it’s her eyes and facial features. but for anyone doubting that she had a healthy pregnancy, these pictures are proof, to me at least, that she did gain a healthy amount of weight. she’s still slim but not super duper skinny like before!

@Elizabeth_the_First –it varies a lot. For some people, it’s almost immediately, for others, it can take months (esp if it isn’t your fist pregnancy). And it can take a while even if you gained a minimum amount during your pregnancy and exercised, etc. IT’s one of those aspects of pregnancy that you don’t have complete control over.
I’m not one of the people that goes gaga over this chick, but I admit she looks great here. Her skin is beautiful. I love her dress and the way it matches her coloring (esp her eyes), and the clutch, too.

I don’t know about anyone else but for me and my BFF, we both gained alot with our first babies and gradually worked it off w/in about 4 months. My second baby I was more careful, only gained the recommended 30 pounds and worked out sooner, my stomach was down within about 6 weeks. I had a c-section both times though so my stomach will never be the same. Flat with a few minor stretch marks but the skin disconnects from the muscle so it does that kinda poochy thing if I bend over too far. I can still wear a bikini if I just remember to bend at the knees

She looks beautiful, especially because she is comfortable in her own skin. It’s great she is showing what a real post-pregnancy body looks like, not some magical Hollywood fantasy of dropping all baby weight in just weeks. Hope she keeps her healthy look.

wow shes not as thin as it thought she was. i understand she just had a baby but that aside she does have a bit of a pooch. either way i would rather see her like this, glowing skin and healthy than before when she was way too thin and didnt have that healthy glow. glad shes not immediately trying to lose the weight!
I liked her figure better before the babies. She still looks ok but this is definitely not an upgrade for her.

I like these photos because it shows you that everyone who obsessively wrote about how awful and cadaverous she looked in the previous set of post-baby photos of her are rather gullible. You only need to read a few magazines to understand camera angles and how to dress to hide a few extra pounds. She hasn’t looked unhealthy in a long time, and it’s nice to finally see proof of that–for all the people who are beyond cynical and are convinced Hollywood moms are on coke diets to lose weight before the umbilical cord is even cut.
One of my least favourite celebs. The only good thing here is the clutch, very nice.
I’m not sure about the dress, I think she picked it because it would hide her tummy but it’s doing the opposite, it seems to make her tummy appear larger, especially in the first pic.
She looks great apart from that.
I don´t think the dress is flattering at all because even though she does have a tummy everyone would look heavier in it. I makes her arms look huge! And we´ve all seen photos of her from not so long ago where she looked nowhere near this!

Nicole looks stunning / lovely here. I had a pre-conceived idea that she had lost more weight (than this) from previous pics of her in that black romper outfit when she took her sister, Sophie to some event. Nic does carry off this long dress well, too.
It appears that she is taking her time w/losing the baby weight. (She seems to have her priorities in order…the kids & then trying to lose the lbs.) I do like her new haircut, too. She got this “cut” at end of September & “twittered…bye, bye, long locks.” Hopefully, Nicole is happy … she is glowing here! She certainly transformed her life. Good for her!

She looks great though I think she looked skinnier a couple weeks ago when she wore that black silky jumper. Anyway she looks so healthy in the face its filled out and makes her look younger. BEAUTIFUL!

I think she looks great! and I actually really love her dress. its refreshing to see someone in Hollywood take their time to get back to their prebaby weight. These things don’t happen over night, and frankly she was too thin before the baby.
She should find an excuse to be photographed with Paris Hilton—yeah—Paris will be the thinner one—-but Paris will also look several years older, and that will be more noticable than the body differences.

This is not fat. This is a normal woman post-baby. Look….she has b00bs and everything. As a matter of fact….many women would kill to look like this all the time……post baby or not. I think she looks great.

she has such beautiful eyes, they are really eye-catching here! i think the dress is unflattering because it underlines her belly (which, naturally, is nof flat as a board, how could it?) but apart from that i like her so much better at that weight than at her pre-baby one! her face is just glowing!

I think she is such a tiny, petite girl naturally that the right selection of clothes and styling can easily hide her little post baby belly. I believe that is what happened a few weeks ago when it looked like she had never even had a baby at all. But she does, and is completely normal. Refreshing to see, actually.
c’mon rian! my last comment was to explain that i’m in no way promoting e.d. or want to give advice. it’s just that sometimes you know something from your own experience and want to warn other people. i totally understand that some people are here for farming tips how they could get thin fast but i don’t post FOR them!
