Um, no. She looks okay but that swimsuit is just not flattering, it is not working on her upper, inner thighs and it makes her lower hip area / inner thighs look deformed, off center and sunken in.
Fantastic figure, but the swimsuit is too high cut.

Much better with clothes on! The 3 & 4 pic look deformed. She’s getting a bit too thin. Another 10 lbs would help her look better.

Sian- I had a 9.4lb baby and my hips are the same size now that they were before I was pregnant.
One of us two must be blind, Rian… she look like the goddess Ana to me.

If you have already wide hips, chances are they’ll probably stay the same or only get a teeny bit wider. It’s more of a dramatic effect on women with narrow hips. That’s why you hear “Her body became more feminine after birth.”
Ale looks amazing as always. I love her face and body. Her hips/thighs are her best feature in my opinion. The bathing suit is a weird cut though.

I think she looks too skinny and the suit is too high cut. Those legs do not look attractive and her knees are bony. =/ I usually like the skinny look. And I know she’s a model so she’s paid to be at least borderline underweight but in this case I really think she’d look nicer with more weight on!

lol all the guys I work with said that although the VS Models are hot (they basically think any scantily clad girl is hot) they made some comments like – “they looked kind of boney” or “they need to gain some weight” or “they would look a bit better thicker, esp. since the camera adds 15 lbs”

I’m with everyone else…holy weird hips on #3!!! But yeah, this suit definitely wasn’t for her body type, but I’m very excited to see how they airbrush it in the VS catalogue!
I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that she looks bad here.

For a model she has really short legs but she cannot really change it I guess. She is very skinny. I think she is on of the skiniest VS models. But it still will never make her face pretty.
Sian, Im not sure sure about women with already wide hips because everyone women’s body is unique. I believe some stayed in the same shape after giving birth but usually the hips will get slightly wider. I only notice her hips after checking out her old pictures. Don’t worry because its all natural and healthy.

Her upper body looks great but I’ve always thought her legs were ugly. I love thin legs (like Miranda Kerr’s) but Alessandra’s are just not thin in an attractive way

Alessandra has been photographed in more flattering swim sutis. This one just is not her best look. Also, the poses are sort of weird. I agree with others…she looks more skinny in clothes. Her facial expressions are somewhat off,too. Maybe she’s looking “into the sun” or something..she seems to be squinting, too.
Her body shape has always seemed a bit weird to me, i thik it is because she has very narrow shoulders.

Really am not a fan of her legs here, she would look far better with a couple of extra pounds on her. They look like they’re too skinny for her, they don’t look natural. Not a fan at all. I think she looks great clothed though, very thin people never look as good in swimsuits as they do with clothes on, I’ve noticed.

I don’t know…I look through these magazines all the time and I never see jutting pelvic bones and close veins like in these photos. Society demands that she be super thin to look good, but then we doctor her pictures so the flaws that come with being super thin are gone. What’s the point at the end of the day?
