    Too thin, yes. Sad she is without fail, ALWAYS unpredictable. You never know what’s going on but either way, too thin & sober, or too ‘out of it’ is unstable. Except for being too thin, she looks beautiful here. Wish the best for Tara.

    The angle of those photos make her head look much larger than her body. however – - she is super skinny regardless, AND she looks pretty healthy and happy. good for her!

    She looks 100% better than last time I saw pics of her. Especially her hair and face have improved a big deal. She is a little too skinny, but otherwise she looks much more healthy now.

    She was gorgeous back in the American Pie days, anyone remember that? ;-) I know that she was younger, but WOW, she had such an enviable body back then, and I think she could have it again if she gained a little weight.

    Her clothes are so baggy, very MKO around the time that she was admitted for ED…

    Great color on her, and YES she’s a bit too skinny IMO.

    Did she do something to her face? Looks a lot different when I first saw her pics months ago… I know about the fake tan, but here I mean botox, plastic kinda stuffs.

    Her face looks better, but she still has some weird look in her eyes / face. It always scares me more than her skinnyness. It reminds me of an insane person, to be honest.
    I would really like to know the substances she has abused to end up like this. Does anyone know something more precise than “drug abuse”?

    Extremely small, but it’s hard to really measure how tiny she is when she’s surrounded by such huge guys.

    I feel like she can never pull off designer clothing properly. There’s always a bra strap exposed or something about her that looks cheap. The overly matched/coordinated champagne satin clutch-and-shoe combo is zoot suity.

    Her appearance itself is much improved. No more orange-glo and now sporting a buttery blonde dye job vs. mega bleach. That’s an improvement.

    Yikes. I’ve eaten chicken wings thicker than those arms. On a good note, her face does look the nicest I’ve seen it look in years. She does look so much better without the nasty fake tan.

    i can’t decide if what she’s wearing makes her look healthier or more tiny…she’s obviously very tiny…i think she looks like she has recently had a BUNCH of fillers/botox…i think that’s what’s making her appear healthier looking, it’s just an illusion….

    She is (IMHO) heading into scary skinny territory. Somehow, though, the dress she is wearing is sort of loose-fitting and gives the illusion that she is either scary skinny or may be not?? I believe the former…she is too thin. Her face looks good & not so orange! I think that her face looks angular/(sort of gauntish) b/c of the camera angles of these pics.
    This girl (IMO) is getting into Rachel Zoe (pre-baby) or M-K Olsen pre-rehab. Think that Tara is 5′5″ and M-K and Rachel are both just around 5′ tall.
    She may weigh just a couple lbs more than either M-K (pre-rehab) or RacheL Zoe (pre-baby) but Tara appears just as thin as either of them considering her height/weight ratio, etc?!!

    I agree — her natural skin tone is much prettier than a fake tan. Truthfully, I find the fake spray tan unflattering on most people.

    Wow, much better! Her face looks much better, and even though we know she looks sick under those clothes, at least she picked a flattering outfit. Still, her party girl lifestyle has aged her dramatically, she used to have such a pretty face.

    to all the people saying fake tan looks unnatural, it doesn’t always, when there’s just a little bit used. Tara reid took it to the extreme.

    as for her body, she looks very thin but totally untoned and yuck. too many drugs.

    She matches! Her hair, skin and the potato sack she’s wearing as well, all three of them! Oh, and her teeth too. They’re all kind of a nice creamy yellow. Yay for bland!
